My experience with FundingPips has been extremely disappointing.
My account was suspended because they claimed I was involved in account management, copy trading, and trading in concert. The only issue I can think of is that my real brother and I met over the weekend and temporarily used the same internet connection. We have separate accounts, trade independently, and live separately.
Despite explaining this, both of our accounts were suspended. I have lost my time, my money, and all the effort I put into this challenge. I joined FundingPips after seeing their advertisements and trusted their platform, but this experience has completely changed my opinion.
If you are considering buying a challenge, be aware that even a temporary IP match with a family member may lead to your account being flagged. I hope FundingPips reviews cases more carefully and treats genuine traders fairly.
This is my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.
I demand a full refund of the money I paid for my challenge.
I believe my account was suspended unfairly. My brother and I are different people with separate accounts, and a temporary IP match should not be treated as proof of rule violations. I have lost my time, my effort, and my money because of this decision.
If you are not willing to restore my account after a fair review, then please refund my full payment immediately. Keeping my money while permanently suspending my account is not fair.
I expect a prompt resolution to this matter.

Your account was suspended following a thorough investigation by our Responsible Trading Team, which identified evidence of trading in concert with another account. This went beyond a temporary IP match — the investigation identified similar trade patterns between the accounts, and the full supporting evidence was attached and sent to you via email.
We understand your explanation that you and your brother are separate individuals who met briefly and shared a connection. We acknowledge that family members trading similar strategies can produce similar trades. However, our compliance methodology considers multiple data points together, and the findings in this case were sufficient to meet our threshold for a violation.
Regarding a refund — as per our Terms and Conditions, we are unable to process refunds in cases where accounts are suspended for compliance violations. The decision stands as final.
