The service I received from Angelo was great very assuring and also estimated time was meet.

It is clear from reading these reviews that this company sends spam as a matter of course - and presumably it proves worthwhile for them, which is sad (they must send a lot).

Replying to one message, they wrote:

I received an email addressed to my mother today. She has been dead for 9 years and wasn't any sort of business when she was alive. I don't know what sort of 'tailored' funding you had in mind. Gravestone upgrade perhaps?

It’s was a real pleasure working with Aaron. I’ve dealt with loads of lenders, brokers, etc during my career, and this has by far been the smoothest, friendliest process working with them. We will definitely come back to them with any future needs.

Aaron has been very helpful - very quick and fast responses.

This site just spammed me although I have had no previous contact with the company.

We worked with Fund Onion and Aaron to secure some short term finance in a difficult market. Aaron was not only able to secure the funds but was also able to help us navigate who would lend in our circumstances and how to present our company to the funders to maximise our chances of success.

I also found Aaron to be extremely focused and fast in his responses to our questions and was even prepared to progress the deal over a weekend whilst not unnecessarily disturbing the family time. Clearly a very committed individual and good to work with.

Henry helped me throughout the process and was alway on hand regarding any questions I had. I never felt pressured at anytime and he always always supportive.
The loan was completed promptly and Henry kept me in the loop with the progress. I highly recommend.

Great experience getting business funding, with everything carefully handled and quickly arranged! Aaron was a huge help, communicated daily, followed up, and made sure we understood each step of the process. Our business was funded exactly how we wanted it within 2 weeks, no hassle. Highly recommended!

Sent me spam email (from Neil Cassule, ‘Chief Commercial Officer, assuming he exists and isn’t made up for the purposes of spamming).

They followed it up a week or two later with an email from ‘James Robson, CEO’. I responded to the second email, and asked them where they got my details, and where they got permission to send me unsolicited email. No response.

Chased it after a week. No response. Emailed through their website asking for details of who I can make a formal complaint to. It was also ignored.

All in all, a dishonest organisation who seems devoid of morals, unable to comply with The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) laws, and unable to respond to emails. Would I recommend them? Would you?!

What really grinds my gears as a consumer is having my phone calls declined and my emails not responded to. Fundonion brokers, however, are the most reliable people I’ve worked with in this industry and I will be keen to do business again in the future!
