Opportunities for small investors
Opportunities provided by Fundrise to small investors are ones formerly restricted to only wealthy individuals or institutions. I am thoroughly appreciating the diversification and ground-floor entrance made available by Fundrise! However, the lack of quick redemption options is a price to be paid - albeit a relatively minor one if the money invested is not going to be needed in the short term.
I expect more responsive customer service options will come with the company's growth. Currently, options seem to be more easy-in-than-out. Nevertheless, I see this enterprise as a visionary beginning that should accomplish much for the little guys.
