A company that only respond to positive review is suspicious! All the complaints of other users are ignored and ppl complain of website not working and customer service not responding and their accts blocked, and no single response from the company. This calls for concern. I wanted to join the company but when I see that they only respond to positive reviews, that means, they only care about some and not all that invested with them.

a complete disaster. the application does not work, the support does not respond, the site does not work, the money is probably dead

One month ago the app was working but all my card transactions have been rejected. I wrote to the support but no answer. Now the app is no more working since 10 days and,as usual,the support doesn’t reply to my email. The worst is that,when the app is no working, your money are blocked.

What is the problem with your website and everything?
Nothing works. No website , the app is not working?! What is the problem.
Overall I am happy with your services , but I have my money blocked on my bank account and I cannot enter anywhere. What is the problem?
