Couldn't fault the service provided to my family when our loved one passed away. The funeral director went the extra mile to ensure that we could hold the funeral in a timely manner even with the disruption to availability due to the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Dignified but unfussy
When making the arrangements for this funeral I was really listened to. Everything was done just how I hoped it would be, but also, some things were above and beyond my expectations. The whole ceremony was dignified and unfussy, effect for my family.

Excellent beyond measure.
At a time of emotional distress when a loved one had died it was so reassuring to be dealt with in such a kind and gracious way. All of the staff I dealt with were caring and kind. It made an awful time more bearable.

Douch Family Funeral Directors were so very kind as they gently guided us through the last few weeks, after the sad loss of my father. They were empathetic, professional, and we trusted them completely to look after all the details associated with taking care of everything.
