Ordered flowers for my sister in laws…

Ordered flowers for my sister in laws funeral with next day delivery. I would have preferred them being delivered on the day but the funeral was at 10.30 am but they could only guarantee delivery before 10.30 which would have been too late. The ordering was straight forward & I received an email to confirm the purchase & with a link so I could track the delivery. So the next day I clicked on the link & yes it showed that the arrangement had been made & was out for delivery. I looked several more times & it was still saying out for delivery so when it got to 5.30 I was getting quite concered so phoned them but nobody answered so I emailed. The funeral was over a 100 miles away so we had to leave early on the day but I kept checking the tracking & still saying the same out for delivery. In the end I phoned the undertakers to ask if they were there & was extremely relived to be told yes. I received an email at 9.30 from funeralflowers to say they had been delivered. I can't express the relief at this point. When I saw the arrangement disappointed was not the words to discribe it, it was tiny but yes the flowers themselves were OK but this had cost £85 as I had gone for the deluxe. I emailed them & basically they don't want to know just blamed it on the delivery company.
