The urn I ordered was very well-made. It included a bag that I could have buried along with it, but I chose not to. There was a pin that secured the lid so even if I had fallen over, it wouldn’t have spilled. I was very happy with the purchase

Of course, I haven't used 😌 I really liked the concept, presented in a tote, a sealed cover wrap around it. Not foreboding appearing as to its intended use. I will be purchasing another for my husband. I like the biodegradable concept. I have shared your link with others. My soul is at Peace with God, but in the natural, this has given me peace, also. Thank you!

Two main things:
1) The placement of the text was lower than anticipated/pictured. In the product images, there are two lines of text, so I expected my one line of text to occupy the first line pictured. Instead, it seemed to be printed to appear on line 2, with line 1 left empty. The placement felt awkward.
2) Would have loved a box to come with the larger product; only the smaller heart had a box.

From the first mistake i made in ordering 2 urns to the fast shipping the communication was great and the urn was perfect

I reached out to customer service regarding an out of stock urn and they answered quickly! The urn we actually ordered shipped on schedule and was lovely!

The first urn that was sent to me was damaged. A replacement was sent to me and I did not have to return the first one. I appreciate that.

I made a small mistake on what I wanted on the piece, Chris called and asked about it. We straightened it out I thought. She called back and a little research showed a spellig difference on the original so we set it that way. It turned out beautifully

My scattering urn arrived early and in excellent condition. Was very pleased with the quality. It's now just sitting on hold until needed, so one item off the check list. Followup emails were thoughtful and helpful.

We accidentally ordered a block from different cute it was awful after getting refund we remembered we used funeral wise the first time and again they were excellent fast and such a ray of reassurance at a time of darkness for our family please do yourself a favor at your dark time and let them b a light

Care instructions provided with urn were very helpful. The temporary urn fit exactly as described. This purchase was everything as it was described to be, exactly what I was hoping for.

Honestly, I was genuinely surprised by the quick delivery and the quality of the product. I was not in a frame of mind to be my usual careful self and just ordered something I hoped would work. When I received no tracking info from the business, I thought uh-oh, it's never going to come. But I was wrong! The bamboo scattering urns arrived in about a week. They were actual bamboo and much nicer in appearance and materials than the ones sold by the funeral home, and less expensive too!
