Umtausch ausgeschlossen, den Artikel ganz es gar nicht in der angegebenen Größe. Rücksendung nur auf meine Kosten, obwohl der Fehler eindeutig bei Funken Freude lag. Eine Unverschämtheit. Erstattung von max. 50% wurde angeboten, und den nicht zu gebrauchenden Artikel sollte ich behalten. Mir fehlen die Worte.
