DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! bought my little man some 6 Funkos and 3 personalised of us, back in November for his advent calendar and I had only 1 personalised and 1 normal pops.
I had try to contact them many times (5maybe) asking for the rest of my order.
No even once I had a reply.

I ordered to christmas presents fro

I ordered two christmas presents from here at the beginning of December.They did not arrive.So emailed them,I got a response straight away,even thanked them for the quick reply.They gave me a tracking number to track my parcel using the Aftership website (which I did) and yes my parcel was tracked.Even said it got delivered on the 29th December at 3:57pm,needless to say that never happened and now I'm getting no replies from my emails.I contacted Aftership they said I have to take it up with the courier provider (great) has anybody out their got any idea what courier service the company uses (cause I don't).It's an absolute joke this company.Please do not use...

So gutted.
Ordered my brothers Xmas gift off these rats. It was apparently shipped on the 18th December from Coventry, the day it was being delivered kept going up until today's date (31.12.25) no email. No movement from Coventry. Emailed Landmark Global who's apparently shipping it and they're like we have no idea where your parcel is, best to contact them. I then realise a 2nd delivery company is added in. Amazon. So I contact them and they're like huh? What parcel.

So now I'm back to emailing Funko again. No reply to my emails. No Christmas present arrived for my brother. I'm now further out of pocket as I had to buy other gifts. No closer to an answer of where my package is, when it's coming.

If someone is able to tell me who I report this too. I've emailed our local and national paper with screenshots of everyone's reviews and posts on their social media screaming for someone to answer them.

Wish Id read the reviews

Wish Id read the reviews! Ordered 3 customised Funkos for Christmas 2 arrived fine one still not even at couriers, not matter how you try to contact them they dont respond. So no Pop and no money!

Quick enough to take your money

Quick enough to take your money but fail to deliver your order.
Ordered items in November; the website said delivery would be 13th Dec. They changed that at some point a couple of days beforehand to "On it's way" without actually informing me, and the parcel had never left their warehouse.
Contacting customer service is useless. I have two open tickets that have long since passed their response time.
Seriously, if you paid via PayPal, get a refund because I highly doubt you will ever see the items you ordered. It only took 3 days and Paypal had refunded my money.
I've been using Funko Europe for years but neither I, my wife nor my SIL will ever use them again (if they actually survive this).
Avoid like the plague!

Awful Experience. Will I EVER get my order?!

As many have said here, I wished i had checked the reviews before ordering. And the same as most people here I assumed I would be fine with a company as big as Funko. Wrong! I ordered 3 Pop yourself figures on 12th Dec. I thought I'd have an outside chance of receiving before xmas but wasnt too concerned if not. Tracking gave me an estimated delivery of 30th Dec. One item has been stuck in Coventry since the 18th Dec and the other two.... god only knows whats happened to them! Cant get a response from customer service and now the link to the tracking information doesnt even work which doesnt bode well.

I have placed an order on the 8th of…

I have placed an order on the 8th of November. Only 3 items were shipped. All the others are not yet shipped and tried to contact custom support and received no answer from them. I have my money stuck and still a lot of the order to be shipped with no idea of when that will happen.
They used to send things quickly but now this seems to have changed and their custom support is non existent. I will NOT buy again from them.

I paid extra for express shipping to…

I paid extra for express shipping to receive my order before Christmas. The order never arrived on time — in fact, I received nothing at all.

What makes this experience even worse is Funko Europe’s abysmal customer service. Instead of real help, I only received automated, copy-paste responses blaming “high volumes of queries”. No accountability, no clear information, no solution.

Charging customers for express delivery and then completely failing to deliver it — while hiding behind automated emails — is unacceptable. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, especially for a brand of this size.

I will not be ordering from Funko again and I strongly recommend others think twice before paying for any “express” service that clearly means nothing.

Scam, unethical, ILLEGAL run

Should I even start? The same as every other customer. They have sent out half of my order. I paid them almost £300 for 4 Pop! Yourselves. They have despatched only 2. I am missing over £150 worth of my order. Thieves. When querying they took weeks to reply only to completely ignore my query regarding the missing items and just sending me the same tracking no. I already have for the first half. Zero explanation. They simply said ‘we won’t return them this is your tracking number’. Scam. Worst part is I am a Business Law professional. I am taking this legally and publicly. Good luck.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

I'm absolutely shocked that a once reputable company has fallen so far. I made 2 Pop Yourself orders on the 11th of December as it was plastered all over the website that any orders placed by the 14th would be delivered in time for Christmas. 18 days later I've received 1 of the orders & it's COMPLETELY wrong (as in it's someone else's order) and the other one hasn't moved since the 16th. Multiple emails sent and cases raised, all ignored and now even the useless chat robot keeps leaving the chat mid conversation. Robbing, scamming scumbags.

Never received item

Ordered mid November and finally got a shipped notification on December 7, but yet no update after that.
Funko didn’t reply to a single message I sent.
I managed to contact the company who were delivering the parcel who informed me that Funko ship their products in from overseas to a third party company in the UK. There was a high likelihood that Funko had just never shipped the item or it been stuck in travel.
I thankfully managed to get a refund as I paid through PayPal, but this company seems to be a scam now.

3 funko pop yourself non delivered

Ordered 3 funko pop yourself for Christmas presents, and they have been ‘stuck at a depot in Coventry’ since 8th December, according to tracking number. Have messaged for a response, but from other people’s experiences, doubt I will get one. Paid close to £100 for these, shameful it has come to this.

I would give minus 1 star if I could. Ordered 2 pop yourself Dunlop’s for Christmas presents months ago(October) and have not received them, emailed several times and have had no reply from Funko. No refund. Steer clear complete scam of a company

Would not recommend at all

Would not recommend. missing order. Shipping company says contact Funko and Funko says contact shipping company. Yet they were quick to take the money for the goods that have not been delivered. Customer service is non existent and the chat function just cuts you off?

Horrible customer service

Made an order with 3 funko pops, my order is missing one of the funkos so i email numerous times with no response. Weeks later i get an email that the missing item has shipped, and now the tracking hasnt updated for a week. Ridiculous.

AVOID AT ALL COST

I’ve ordered twice now the first order being Dec 7 which was printed a label for on Dec 11. There have been no further updates other than estimated shipping being Dec 21.
I reordered and paid £9 for express shipping on Dec 21, as that was the stated order deadline for Christmas. This order has also had a label created and still not been collected, estimated delivery Dec 29.

The customer service is non existent. I have raised multiple “tickets” and reached out over social media and yet still no response. Now I’m £60 out of pocket and still wothout the Christmas present. Don’t even know how I’ll get a refund, as there is no one to communicate with other than an ai chat bot which says my order number is incorrect. Should not be allowed to trade, absolute scam.

Beyond ridiculous dispatch times!!

I’ve ordered from Funko in the past and they always take way too long to dispatch orders which is completely unnecessary.

My past order is beyond ridiculous now though.

Ordered a bunch of things (£185 worth of items) as Christmas gifts. Website stated that orders had to be placed by the 14th December for Christmas delivery. I placed my order on the 8th December so SIX days before the cut off which should be more than enough time to receive before Christmas!

My order was supposedly dispatched on Wednesday 17th December (9 days after my order), it’s now been 5 days and Evri are still not in possession of the order to deliver it. I’m going to assume that they’ve processed the order and packed it up (possibly) but it’s still sitting in a warehouse somewhere. How can you send me an email saying my items have been dispatched when the courier website still says ‘we’re expecting your item’!!

That’s completely unacceptable from a big company like Funko!

I’ve emailed twice and had no response!

There’s absolutely no reason whatsoever that an order should take 9 days to dispatch and then 5 days and counting to hand over to the courier!

Putting a last order date on your website and then doing this is crazy! In this day and age when I can order something from Amazon at 10pm and still have it delivered the next day, taking this long to dispatch items is completely unacceptable!!
