Avoid.

I reported the incomplete order two weeks ago, and no one bothered to respond via email, which is unfortunately the only way to communicate with these people.
Non-existent support, and I spent money on undelivered items.

Ordered on 9th November 2025

Ordered on 9th November 2025, for the last month is has sat "waiting for carrier service". I've emailed, not heard back, DM on socials, not heard back. And seems I'm not the only one who has spent a lot of money and recieved absolutely nothing in return, If they said a simple "we are backed on deliveries, there will be some delays", fine, but to completely ghost is a joke. F#ck this brand.

No issues

I was worried after seeing the reviews but very happy with my order! Purchased some pops as Christmas gifts for my son on 2nd December and they arrived today (10th), which considering the website notice saying that dispatch could take much longer at the moment was a pleasant surprise. Items well packaged and in good condition.

Disgraceful customer service

I have contacted customer service multiple times over the last week and received no replies. They failed to send one of the products I paid for. They also refused to let me return an item because it was part of a bulk order. I have spent a lot of money with them, hundreds of pounds to be precise, so I'm absolutely disgusted that they've failed to acknowledge my concerns. They're quite happy to send me multiple emails about their products though. In future I'll be buying from elsewhere, somewhere that respects and appreciates its customers.

I placed my order on 13 November for…

I placed my order on 13 November for two advent calendars for my children. The website states that items are usually ready for dispatch within 2–5 days, yet I didn’t receive any confirmation that my order was ready to be dispatched until 29 November. It was then scheduled for delivery on 8 December.

This morning, the tracking link in the email changed to “awaiting courier pick-up,” which is extremely frustrating. The service has been terrible. I’ve bought hundreds of products from this website before and have never experienced anything like this.

The customer service has also been awful. I emailed on 24 November to ask for an update, but instead of replying, they simply sent a notification on 29 November saying the order had been shipped. If I had ordered through Amazon, I would have received the products within two days. We are now nine days into advent, and the calendars should have been delivered long ago. I had to purchase replacements elsewhere because these still haven’t arrived. I won’t be buying from this company again.

Stay away! Bad reviews for a reason.

Wish I'd seen the reviews before I placed an order! Still waiting on an order I placed in mid November. Emailed twice to enquire where the items are, both times given a 'ticket' for customer service....still heard nothing at all. Tracking option not helping as not showing any change or update since 21st November. Tracking changed from 'on it's way' to 'due 2nd Dec' & back to 'on it's way'
Absolute disgrace taking orders & payments when they can't meet demand. Stay away from this company. Buy local. Lesson learned.

Great prices for Black Friday just a shame you don’t receive the orders

Ordered in their Black Friday preview on 7th November it’s now the 8th of December and still no order has arrived. Several contact with bots and emails from customer service stating can’t cancel as is in process of being dispatched. Apparently dispatched 28th November and still not arrived and no tracking update since then either.
Shockingly poor customer service will not use again

Absolutely awful company, do not use them!

I would give zero stars if it were possible. My item has not been delivered, and Customer Service has not responded to any of my attempts to contact them. The chat service disconnects, emails go unanswered, and there appears to be no reliable way to reach support. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods that are paid for must be supplied in full. Since the order has not been delivered, this constitutes a breach of contract. I will be reporting this matter to the appropriate authorities for further investigation.

They said it was shipped, but it was never. Trying to get a refund

Placed a big order (almost 200 pounds) in November. It took 8 days to "ship". However the DHL tracking they sent stopped after one week. When contacted, DHL said the package actually never left the sender's location. I have now been trying to get a refund with no success, as Funko Europe has no telephone number and takes forever to answer by email. Terrible customer service and the company lies to you saying it was sent, but it wasn't really. Would never recommend to anyone.

No Cancellation Policy

ordered Personalised Funko for my nephew , (Christmas present) . unfortunately another family member advised it had already been purchased . Tried to cancel the order , less than 30 min after placing the order. No Cancellation policy , sureley this lack of policy , has to contravene consumer rights .

Only sent part of my order

Used Funko Europe for years, never had a problem until now. Ordered 2 new stranger things pops, one more expensive because it’s bigger. Only one of them has arrived, the more expensive one hasn’t arrived.
The whole order is showing as delivered and from the delivery company.
Tried to get in touch with both, no response. Looks like I’ve just wasted my money!!!

Order very delayed

Order very delayed. Came and only one of the items I ordered was then the box. Was told the rest would arrive separately. A week later tracking changes to all deliverd. One of missing items is a pop me for Xmas! No answer from the company I have raised multiple requests for support. No one available on chat and no phone line. How can they get away with taking money and not delivering! Don’t buy pls pls pls x

Actually shocked at what I thought was…

Actually shocked at what I thought was a reputable company considering you see Funkos everywhere. I ordered 4 kpop demon hunter Funkos for my kids for Christmas. Order arrived 10 November with only 2 of them. I had no tracking information so I thought maybe it was being sent in batches. I complained the following week when I realised I wasn’t getting the rest of my order. They responded asking for me to show evidence of the packaging (it obviously only fits 2 in the box) and they came back saying they would look into this and get back to me on 19 November. Since then they have ghosted me and ignored all my follow on emails asking for an update, I’ve opened a second case with them which has also been ignored. Tried the live chat which just opened a third case for me and then even their bot ghosted me and left the chat. Been commenting on Instagram, Facebook, X with no result. Oh they did have the cheek to send out a generic email apologising for recent delays and a code for 15% off future orders….I JUST WANT THE ORDER I ALREADY PAID FOR! It’s obvious I won’t get my Funkos now so I’m about to complain to consumers advice and also now going to have to request a refund via my credit card company seeing as funko won’t help me. I’m actually gutted as I myself love Funkos and collect some and now I never want to buy another one ever again.

When they eventually sent my order some of it was missing and now they won't respond to emails - since they changed their website they are hopeless - unless it's an exclusive and you have no choice buy it from somewhere else

Avoid

Ordered a POP yourself on 8th of November. On 18th I got an email saying it had been dispatched however since then the tracking says Awaiting carrier pickup. Ive emailed twice and received absolutly zero response.€45 for the pop and €6 for shipping. May as well have just spent the money on lotto tickets. Have serious doubts this will arrive for christmas

WORST SUPPORT EVER, THEY NEVER REPLY

Never buy from this, not only they make mistakes in your order, the shipping is late and poor and the support is the worst ever seen they don't even reply.
It is impossible to return something.
It is better to throw your money directly in the trash.
