I ordered some socks for my husband early March, they were delivered really quick very nicely packed each pair in their own little bag. Then past week the Giraffe sock had a hole in it, I emailed the company, they responded within an hour, promised a new pair which arrived today. What great customer service, very impressed with that and the product ,the socks are great, will recommend and use this company again. Thank you😀

Low quality plus not reducing foot pain as they claim. Not recommended.

The socks are great designs but shrink after the first wash. I've now learned from the website that they recommend washing in cold water but who on earth washes socks in cold water? Every other pair of socks I've bought goes in the washing machine.

An expensive waste of money it turns out

The most awful scamming company, you assume you are paying decent money for good quality socks that will arrive in the timeframe only to receive the most awful quality socks from aliexpress! a chinese dropshipping website. when i requested a refund they demanded i return the socks first which would also cost me even more money in postage fees. Awful website and awful service from a guy called matthew.

I saw an advert on Facebook but opened it in my alternative browser for safety. I was a bit uncertain whether or not to order as it’s a company I hadn’t heard of, but so glad I went ahead! The order was delivered in 2 days and the socks are top quality, unusual designs, well made and, well, funky 😊 Very happy to recommend.

I saw an advert on Facebook for this company & knowing how many scam companies are on there, I thought I'd check the website first. Seemed legit so made my order. Then I was slightly horrified when the order tracking said the items were being sent from China! I wondered what sort of quality they would be if they even arrived. Well I was very pleasantly surprised. They arrived in about a week & seem like very good quality. Can't say how well they wash & wear as they are presents but so far I'm very happy with my purchase.
