Problems rectified efficiently
Initially struggled with communication from the company and receiving my item.
Following a complaint through PayPal, I received very apologetic communication from General Manager, offering sincerest apologies and the item I ordered free of charge.
Whilst this did not erase the issues I had faced, it did make up for it.

Book arrived damaged
Book arrived damaged. Hard covers dented, looked like some kind of impact. Was poorly packaged in a flimsy cardboard box and minimal bubble wrap so I expect it happened in transit.

Powerfull multiconsole
I bought RetroFreak two months ago. I am happy with this console. Work very fine, microSD is very usefull. The games from cartriges works without problems. Picture quality - HD - lovely, special option with filters OK. Must have for retro consoles fan - Nitendo, SEGA, NEC 8/16 bit consoles in one, USB port for modern gamepads.... :)

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. They offered an Atari preorder (handheld and joystick) that should arrive before christmas 2017, but were not able to deliver and said that because of problems delivery will be in Q1 2018. But nothing happend. I inquired and they said that delivery will be june earliest and that I can cancel the preorder. I did that, but now they say that the refund will take seven days to be "processed by their financial team". That is inacceptable. They took my money, delivered nothing and now they really take another seven days to send the money back? Very bad customer service. Never again.
