If I could give less stars I would. Absolutely THE WORST place in the world to get anything done. Man on the counter very little English and even less manners. Kept laughing in my face when HE made a mistake in telling me my switch would take 1hr to fix. What he failed to mention was that it'd be 1hr when the actual technician arrives. Who in turn took over 90mins 2arrive. I wouldn't even look in d door of d place.

Absolutely awful experience .Manager won't even entertain the idea of returning an item. Bought my daughter's first phone here and it wouldn't charge as soon as we got it home. Returned same day and man who sold me the phone says he can do refunds over 20 euro and to come back tomorrow when the Manager's to get a refund. Came back next day with receipt and told repeatedly by manager" no it's physical damage no refunds" and gave a complaints email address.

Got the LCD screen of my iPad fixed here as it was cracked. Cost quite a bit but was pleased with 3 month warranty. However, once I'd taken the iPad home I noticed the 'home' button had slipped. I returned with the iPad but was told I must have subjected it to an impact as it wouldn't have moved otherwise. This is quite categorically not the case as I treated the iPad as if it was my newborn child, especially as it cost so much to fix!!! They refused to consider any fault on their part and my warranty was useless!!! Obviously there must be some issue with the clasps holding the screen in place - it is beyond ridiculous that this issue occurred without ANY mishandling!?!! I wish I'd read earlier reviews before considering them with the repair. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS!! I'm very sorry I did!!

Absolute joke of a shop, the most unhelpful and incompetent group of people I've ever had to deal with. I showed up three times with nothing repaired, the first time I showed up, they told me that the screen that they would be ordering would in the first day next week.The second time I showed up, on that day they told me that the screen had not come in and that I'd have to come in on another day again (without specifying what day). The third time I came in, they called me to tell me that the screen was in so I let them know that I would show up on Saturday and they said that'd be great. The repair was going to be about an hour I was told initially so I came in and dropped my phone in only to be told that there would be a 2 and half hour delay before my phone would be fixed because they had 2 other phones in line, Which I did not know about(no time slot booked or anything, just come in) despite having plans I stayed for the extra 2 and a half hours. I came back again after that only to be told to wait ANOTHER HOUR and that they had not started fixing my phone. Took my phone back and I'm never going back to that kip. Waste of my time, waste of travel and waste of money. AVOID THIS DUMP

I got my screen replaced two weeks ago and bought a new phone cover. My phone this morning was cracked after I took it out of my pocket and is continuing to crack more and more.

I brought it back as I was told I had a 3 month warranty. I have not dropped it recently. They refuse to honor the warranty and offered absolutely no solution. My previous screen which I had dropped many times with the cover on never broke until it fell when I had the cover removed.

The replacement screens they use are obviously extremely cheap and poor quality, I would strongly recommend avoiding here for repairs.

I visited the store Douglas on tue 26th phone was damaged due to coffee spillage the Gentleman who was there tried to fix but phone was beyond repair, so I purchased a new phone from the very helpful young lady there, I returned to the store Fri 29th as my mobile phone data was not working and again the same Gentleman was there who worked extremely hard to sort out the data, he did sort it out and was very helpful, I would definitely recommend this store Douglas, fantastic staff well done fun tech Douglas court, Sandra

Called in to store in Douglas Cork and I met a really nice man his name is Oisin he sorted my problem in a few seconds, I had bought a new Samsung tablet and I struggle to transfer data from older tablet to the new tablet well Oisin just explained my problem and just pressed a few buttons and hey presto.This guy made my day.

Terrible quality product and staff you were untrained. I asked for a lightening extra long cable and come away with a regular cable. I also purchased a pop stop for my daughters phone. It didn’t last two hours. A shop of cheap tat

Absolute joke!!!! I ordered a screen to Blackpool the guy had never done one before so I took the screen and drove all the way over Douglas where his colleague was working he replaced the screen and broke the camera in doing so..so now I'm waiting for a new camera...also the man that worked on the screen was very rude and unhelpful he also broke off a corner of the case and then super glued it back on...I'm actually in shock that a company in 2020 is being represented by a man like this he needs a course in customer service!!!!
