Scam company, do not buy. Arrived too late so sent back in bag unopened . No refund, phone no. doesn’t have the correct number of didgets , email address’ unknown’. Bought through PayPal so ought to be protected but nothing so far. Any advice ?
Do not buy- I feel scammed.
Ordered a T-Shirt which is very poor quality, with the print pixelated so much that it looks blurry. The company have a UK website and address but send items from China. I didn't know this and wouldn't have purchased from them if I did.
If you want to return, the cost is about £26- which was more than the cost of the item itself. I'm sure they're banking on people not returning because of this.
The website was only set up in March 2023 and seems to have been shut down already- I strongly suspect that the same company is just being set up again and again under different names as negative reviews build up.
I purchased through PayPal and assumed I'd have protection as a result- I didn't and they also said I had to return the item. Fortunately they have partially compensated me separately.
Do not buy from these people under any circumstances.

After a wait of nearly 4 months for a T shirt ordered from Bomotee at the beginning of December I had given up, when suddenly Funtee got in touch and the package arrived within a week. Better late than never!
They have a fake UK number. They are not dispatching from the UK but China. An order that was suppose arrive in two days, I am still waiting 10 days later and when I checked the tracking, it says its being delivered to Australia.They are not helpful and refusing a refund!
Not the right colour and print on T shirt too tiny. They do not answer their contact us email. They charge excesses post and packaging which under UK consumer law they need to refund when item is sent back the consumer only have to pay return postage. I hope they do see this review please add your alternative resolution provider as I will be taking this further
Absolute garbage. Over a month and a half and I still haven’t got my order emails back and forth are rubbish and the customer service is abysmal. they haven’t done anything to help me and suggested I get in touch with the couriers several times even though the couriers told me that it was the sender’s responsibility. Save your money don’t buy from this company.
Abysmal. Two emails totally ignored, no response, no help. Tee-shirt I ordered was too big and I enquired how to return and order a smaller size. No-one bothered to respond. At £17+ (including P&P) what sort of service is this!
