Remember it's not real Lego!!
There were about 5 missing pieces, the minifigures aren't great and isn't possible to motorise (no guides online and the locomotive is small / too weak to add motors) and the water tower, where the water comes out the pipe is loose.
However! The tracks are compatible to existing tracks, the lighting up function is amazing however at night you can't see the red light and the coal car, wood and half the locomotive. The bricks are amazing quality like Lego quality and no printed pieces, the wheels do work on curves and overall is a nice building experience.

I love the sets i have build so far
I love the sets i have build so far. The quality is great and the lights make the sets really stand out. The customer service (by Lucas) is very personal. His response to questions is very quick. I am building the haunted mansion right now and its a great build again. I think you get a lot for your money when you compare it to the company with the big L.

Delivery the only issue but very poor
Delivery the only issue but very poor! I ordered 4 items 3 took longer than the delivery time quoted and came individually from different carriers!
The fourth package nearly 4 months hasn’t arrived yet? Even though I have received numerous emails apologising and promises of replacement set which still hasn’t arrived!
There are sets I would like to purchase but due to a poor delivery I probably won’t be getting! I hope others experience has been better than mine!

I live in France.
I have never been disapointed with Lumibricks. Customer for les than a year but owner of almost 15 sets.
When I ordered sets (on Lumibricks.com or Amazon), I never had any problem with delivery. In stock items are delivered within a week at the slowest.
Sets are great, full of details and lightnings (hidden in construction) are awesome.
Loyalty program is interesting with reward points.
Customer service is great, when I had to replace a broken piece, they sent me a new one for free .
So Lumibricks is a great brand, as qualitative as the leader in the market, but with the embedded lightnings, it is my favorite brick brand.
