I ordered a Clara the giraffe kit for myself and one for my daughter. It was our first time but I thought it would be a good activity for mother and daughter and that's exactly what happened. We loved it and had a wonderful time together. At the end I have to admit hahaha her giraffe turned out a little bit better than mine, but that's okey lol.
So now I've just ordered Barry the pig and we can't wait to do that one too!

I'm almost finished with the monkey and I can't believe I've made this. I've wanted to learn crochet for ages but didn't know where to start. This has taught me more than if I'd just started with basic blanket. They made crochet so easy to learn with heir kits! Thannkss

I received my order in 5 days and had no issues. I just started the kit Mochi the panda today and it's perfect. It's my first time ever crocheting and I found the instructions easy to follow and really well explained. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered 2 kits after seeing them advertised on social media. After reading the negative reviews I was quite dubious however I am so pleased with my product. Delivery took a little over the 4-6 days as promised more then 10-14 but I did order on new years days. The kits are easy to follow (I got the pig and the giraffe) and I would look to order again

Ordered over Black Friday, received items after a week or so. Decided to return very soon after as the person I was buying for already had the items. I emailed them twice, very soon after receiving the items, that I wanted to initiate a return - got an automated email response but no actual reply. Tried the website form - heard nothing. Tried WhatsApp and Instagram DMs. Took a week but got a reply. Every single reply was just apologising for the delay, but making no steps to initiate a return. To this day I still haven’t been given return instructions - I reached out to them at the beginning of December. Just endless empty promises. At this point they’re just genuinely lying to me. I couldn’t be bothered at first to leave a review but I feel like it’s the only way of getting anywhere. Feels like a scam to be honest.

Not a scam! I ordered 4 kits from Fuppys on the 7th Jan and received an email saying it had been dispatched and a Royal Mail tracking code very quickly. However, after over a week Royal Mail still hadn’t received the item from the seller and I began to worry. I started to google the company and found lots of reviews on here saying the company was a scam and worried even more! However, a day or so later, Royal Mail updated the tracking and the order was with me by 16th January. The kits are excellent quality and are perfect for beginners. It does say 4-6 days for delivery on the website. I think if they put 8-10 days at the outset, which it seems to be taking, there would be a lot less negative reviews.

Until last year I had never crocheted in my life until I discovered this little brand. I thought why not, it would be a nicee little activity to do at home instead of spending evenings on phone. My firs kit was nala the whale. The packaging was amazing and when I started crocheting it was love at first sight. I just followed the step by step videos which were so well explained for beginners. And After few days, DONE! my first little handmade project ever!!!! Btw whenever I had any question or needed help, I contacted them on whatsapp and they helped my quickly (thanks Charlotte and Ella!).

Today I just finished the snowman, it was my 10th kit from Fuppys.My skills are a loooott better now. Next step the dragon, can wait!!

I received Nala the whale as a gift and I loved the whole experience. The kit actually has everything inside and the main yarn is even pre-started. There are videos tutorial included that guide you through the whole process. After 3 days I finished my little whale. It's not perfect but I love because I made it myself (and it's unique lol). Now Im going to start Maple the fox to perfect my skills!

I recently ordered 3 kits and they're JUST AWESOME!!! It was the first time I do a crochet kit and the whole process made it easy. The kits came prestarted, and the videos are super well explained step by step.

The designs at the end are so adorable and I love seeing the progress as I work through them. I've already recommended them to friends and they loved them too!

Initially a poor experience which took many emails/what’s app and finally a poor trustpilot review to resolve the issue. I have upgraded my initial review to reflect that but feel they do need to work on customer service. The product was fine

Claim they are a UK based company but your order dispatches from the far East and payment appears in your account as Hong Kong. Took an age to arrive and one kit was the wrong one. Not replying to emails. Avoid.

Whilst I’ve enjoyed the kits, the quality isn’t the best! The videos aren’t always clear and miss out vital steps - for example, turning the project inside out. In addition, there are mistakes in the instructions. It mentions 3 different coloured wools but only 2 had been included. I contacted the company to query it and heard nothing back! It turns out this is a mistake and there should only be 2 colours but as a newbie, I only realised this once I started. I would’ve appreciated a response from the company to explain. The ordering process was also not the best. They told me the items had been dispatched but they never arrived and I had to chase the company for an update. It turns out they had lied and my order hadn’t been dispatched and it was only once I chased that they finally sent it. Finally, this is definitely not a UK company like it says on their website, and I do feel deceived by this. For example, the company has an Australian website which is EXACTLY the same as the UK (apart from the UK company reference). I decided to purchase because of the UK company fact and feel the company have misrepresented themselves.

First time crocheting and, whilst I had no idea if I would succeed at first, it went really :) The short video instructions were fantastic and so helpful. Will definitely be making another one

Advertise themselves as a UK company which is why I opted to purchase with them instead of another company. The payment taken is from Hong Kong and the item is being shipped from overseas so not UK in my opinion

It was really fun and enjoyable to make. I love the fact that it comes prestarted, it saved me from having to do the first step :)

The instructions were very straightforward and easy to follow. I honestly loved every step of making my own little koala plushie!

I'm absolutely over the moon with little kit. Crochet is absolutely new to me and I found this kit and the videos very helpful. I also reached out through whatsapp for some questions and was reply within few minutes with very helpful advice. Thank you!

Can't wait to make another one

Recieved my order late after clearly stating will be delivered in time for Christmas. Furthermore recieved the wrong kit.
Recieved 1 acknowledgement email from them that the order was late, but have had radio silence since about correcting the incorrect item.
Seems they spend all their time pumping their expensive kits onto you via adverts rather than proving post sales care to customers. It’s F U once they have your money.
Save the hassle and get a cheaper kit off Amazon or something.

Beware, this is a fraud... spent £38 of Xmas gifts on 11 November : did not deliver. Acknowledged emails regarding no delivery but no investigation or further response. Standard emails I suspect. - this company is a fraud

Honestly I don't understand the negative reviews. I ordered two kits for Christmas, one for my daughter and one for me. I received them after seven days. The kit are really cool, also my daughter loved it. We started it yesterday and we're doing the pig together. It's a really fun activity to do for spending a good time.
