Disgusting

X2 gel pads for my dog. Both of them are wet and covered in black mold. Then both of the wet black boxes were put in a brown box to deliver to me and that is full of black mold too.

Item was good, but customer service not great

I was so excited to order this for my little elderly dog I just adopted, who loves to be in my arms, but I had some big problems receiving the order. I reached out to them 3 times, and requested for me to speak directly with the shipping company myself (which I did), as from their side it was marked as "delivered. I have never had to do this with any orders before, in my life. I spoke to the shipping company and they said that they didn't really know who it was left with, and so they marked it as "lost." I wrote Furdreams several times, very slow response time, and requested my money back (as the shipping company said that they would reimburse Furdreams and then Furdreams would reimburse me). Furdreams refused to refund me and said that it is not within their policy to send a refund, but only a replacement. I told them I did not understand, as they were going to be refunded by the shipping company anyways? Anyways, my consierge at my apartment building told me today (after 20 days) that they had my package the whole time, and that a replacement concierge that was there did not know that they were not supposed to receive packages, so it had sort of been "lost" with them for a long time. So in the end, it was not really Furdreams' "fault," but their customer service really leaves a lot to be desired (the product itself is nice, I have to say - but you can get it for a lot cheaper at Amazon).

Order never arrived

Order never arrived. Reached out 2-3 times - no reply. Finally reported to my credit card company and suddenly, package was shipped. Instantly told them I did want it as I went another direction because it was taking too long. They told me to wait until the package arrived to process a return. When it did, and I reached out, they told me I have to pay return shipping….to Australia.

What a joke this Company is. Avoid!!

No communication

Firstly, no indication at anywhere in the purchase process that the payment was in American dollars.
Secondly, I receive an email giving me a tracking number and a link to click to track my parcel and I keep getting 'cannot find order' message. I've emailed the company twice about this and had no reply.
It might all be good but at this point I'm feeling anxious that I've been scammed. I'll either amend this review or do a new one further down the track to bring you up to date.
Edit: 6 May 2025 I received the pouch sooner than expected, which is great! It is very well made and I like the handy pocket for my phone. It seems a little shallower than I expected and my dogs feel a bit top heavy in it. I have a chihuahua with quite long legs and she barely fits in it. My neighbour's Pomchi, who has shorter legs, fits better. Both dogs are about 4-5 kilos and I find it pulls a bit on the left side of my neck and I don't think I could carry them for long periods. I'm not sure that the safety cord is much use, although I guess if they fall out they can't run away. It certainly wouldn't prevent a fall.
Overall, quite happy with the product but not ecstatic.
