Can't Order Replacement Parts

The furniture is cheap and easy to assemble which is why I bought so many pieces in the past but their customer service is terrible. If any piece gets lost or broken, they won't let you BUY a replacement piece without proof of purchase. So since I did not keep my receipts from almost 10 years ago, I am not allowed to order replacement parts. It is a shame because I would have continued to buy their furniture and recommend it to others if not for how terrible their customer service was.

Stay away from this company

I purchased a TV stand from this company, and during the first assembly, two small plastic parts broke due to cheap, low-quality materials. I couldn’t even finish assembling the product and never got to use it.

I contacted customer support to request replacement parts. Despite this being a matter of two small plastic pieces, they refused to help and simply pointed to their 1-year warranty.

The company markets itself as sustainable, yet is perfectly fine with an otherwise usable product becoming waste because of these parts. The item is now being returned, creating even more unnecessary waste.

This experience contradicts their sustainability claims and reflects poor material quality and customer support. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

Furinno delivered a bookcase with parts…

Furinno delivered a bookcase with parts where the holes were drilled in the wrong location, not allowing it to be assembled correctly. When contacting Furinno they asked for a huge amount of details on this purchase, which after several weeks they lost due to an issue with their system so I would have to submit it again.

DO NOT buy from these people

DO NOT buy from these people. They do not stand behind their product when it has missing parts. I contacted them to ask for the missing hardware I needed to put a bookcase together that I bought off of Amazon and they refused to do it. SERIOUSLY!!! They expect me to put this together with what??? VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Needless to say I am returning this and will never buy from them again. I suggest if you want to get everything you pay for and expect to get to be able to put your product together, buy from someone else because these people obviously don't care if you receive something with missing parts. They won't stand behind it.

I bought a bookcase that was missing…

I bought a bookcase that was missing parts. I contacted their customer service and they requested an inordinate amount of information. Proof of purchase, lot number, model number, date of purchase and I provided everything. the response sent to me was a website to fill out even more nonsense information. I will never purchase anything from them again! Never got the Part!

ZERO STARS…Horrible Customer Service/Care…

ZERO STARS…my partner bought this bookcase for me as a gift and I finally had time to assemble it. First thing I always do is count pieces and hardware. One shelf, the bottom kick plate and half the hardware were missing. I wrote to Furinno and they refused to send anything. They still make the bookcase but I’d waited past their warranty period. I didn’t ask to send it back, I just wanted what I’d paid for so I could have a book case. A cheaply made one, at that!! 5 Thumbs Down!!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Furinno is selling furniture through…

Furinno is selling furniture through Amazon, but neither Furinno nor Amazon are offering any replacements for the parts. They are passing the bucks from one to another. Furinno claim they ship parts to 48 US states only. They why are they selling stuff in UK if they cannot service the customers. They should be blacklisted in UK

Poor customer service

I emailed customer service about a missing threaded post support. They said it didn't meet their warranty criteria. I was willing to pay for the part and shipping, but all I got was crickets. Hard to believe i can't even buy a missing part. I won't be buying this brand again.

Service Request Fulfilled

We bought (2) Furinno arm chairs through Wayfair. One of the chairs had a defect at the bolted connection to the backrest that was unfixable. I e-mailed Furinno customer service with a description and photo of the defective chair. To my surprise I recieved a box containing replacement parts needed to renew the chair. I'm very happy my request was fulfilled.
