The vacuum didn't have enough suction

The vacuum didn't have enough suction. I used it on my husky and got only a handful after about 1/2 hour of using. I contacted the company right way. They said they would troubleshoot it. I did everything right, it doesn't work. I asked to return it and get a full refund plus shipping. They said it's not the vacuum , it's my dog! What? I have called more than 3 times and messaged 7 times. They haven't responded in days. I don't even have a return address. Terrible company

This might be good for short hair dogs

This might be good for short hair dogs, but it is a complete waste of money if you have any dog breed with thick hair. Total Rip off. I wish I had never bought it and I waited too long before first use to return it. Cutting blade is garbage and constantly pops off. Tank is too small, blades barely cut. Spring for a regular professional grooming set with metal clippers and a small shop vac. Don;t be swayed by the ads like I was!!! DO NOT BUY!

Terrible company

Terrible company. Does not deliver the product and will not refund or cancel order. Just keeps the money and offers flimsy excuses. They won’t ship based on the terms on their website.
