awful website

I'm trying to shop on your site but you don't take things off when they're out of stock

so everything I try to buy is out of stock!!!!

A hidden gem

I stumbled across this website by chance and oh my! It's a hidden gem.
Products arrived extremely luxurious, great prices and prompt delivery.
Definitely will order again and again.

Still waiting for my order

Can't give a full review because I still haven't received my order. I've ordered from them several times and the service has been great. Not so this time. Despite me chasing them, the only response I get is them raising an "enquiry" (I've got 3 now), them promising a response within 24 hours and then..........nothing. Am hopeful my cushion cover arrives this year

The bedding I ordered arrived damaged…

The bedding I ordered arrived damaged so contacted Furn who were quick to respond. I was able to return it and Furn did wave the return fee as it was damaged so received a full refund. Disappointing but Furn were helpful.

charge for returns

Just want to raise awareness that they charge £5 for returns (more depending on parcel size!! More than the delivery, and will not be ordering from them again

Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company!! Bought a bed set, but when it arrived the colour was not as shown so wanted to return it. Was informed I could for the price of postage... I believed this would be £2.99 as that's what I'd paid for delivery... They took £8 out of my refund!!!!
Absolutely disgusting customer service!!
From these reviews, looks like a few others have had problems too

Super speedy delivery and nice product

Super speedy delivery and nice product. I bought a Christmasy bedding as it was sold out the whole time last year and I liked it so much so I bought it now and cannot wait to put it on in December. Hopefully the materials is nice

So great when everything goes right!

Thankfully had not read these reviews first! Ordered some cushions and was sceptical because they were v reasonably priced. They arrived well packaged ( huge box!) NEXT DAY ( bonus!) and are absolutely gorgeous. I have some other cushions ordered elsewhere that cost 3x this price and , whilst larger, are not particularly of superior quality. Lovely velvety material and great ( polyester) generous filling. Will definitely order again.

bad refunds

I ordered wrong cover, just opened and put back and returned. They refunded me 5 GBP less without any explanation and are not replying to my emails

Poor Service Extortionate Yodel return charge

As before delivery delay, had to chase order, which hadn’t been processed.
Disappointed in cushion cover quality returned.
PLEASE NOTE RETURN COSTS
Yodel £8.00
Excessive costing, and then they lose return package.
Have paid dearly for returning x 2 lightweight cushion covers.

Delivery Overdue and Poor Communication but Nice Product

Update to previous review - cushions have arrived today, 14th December. Was worried as packaging was badly torn on one corner but thankfully they did not sustain any damage. Overall quality looks good and the colour is lovely. Feather filling is not as soft as I had expected so will probably order polyester filled cushions next time. Communication from Furn.com is non-existent so you have to rely completely on notifications from the courier regarding delivery. However, you do get a very nice product at a good price. Original review - Placed an order on 3rd December. Website says delivery is 2-3 days but haven't received anything yet and today is the 12th December. Sent email asking when I will receive my order but no reply. Very poor communication. If there is a problem and delivery will be longer I would prefer if you could let me know and keep me updated. Have looked at your website a number of times and product seems to be in stock then next time out of stock then back in stock again. Beginning to think that this could be a scam due to lack of communication.

Very happy!

Purchased a cushion cover, 2 pre filled cushions and a duvet set - I am completely in love! Absolutely gorgeous items. I haven't tried washing any of it yet but as it stands I will definitely use Furn again.

Ordered a pair of cushions on 17 Feb…

Ordered a pair of cushions on 17 Feb for delivery within 3-5 working days. Nothing arrived and the order page still said it will be dispatched in 3-5 days. Decided to contact them. Was told that they are hoping these will be in stock by 28 Feb. No confirmation again. Decided to email and was told the cushions are being manufactured and will be available by 21st March. Now they will be manufactured by 05 May. A complete waste of my time. Won’t be ordering from here again.
