Excellent service great communication fast smooth delivery

Very good service and very nice customer service.

I am very pleased with my new sofa. Exactly what I was expecting. Delivery was on time. Two very nice drivers. They provided exact time of delivery. They also installed the sofa for me. Very happy with all the service. Will recommend to everyone.

Purchased a sliding door wardrobe Feb 23 but 14 months later the sliding door with the mirror is badly bent due to the weight of the mirror. The centre part of the door rubs against the other door in the centre and is getting dangerous. There is a large gap at the top and bottom, and no gap in the middle as it is badly curved. The item is faulty and dangerous. The drawers are also faulty.

Contacted the company several times but they keep claiming it’s passed it warranty date and are refusing to help. They even suggest ..”the issue must be due to mishandling or an external problem. We have no way of verifying if the wardrobe was not exposed to damp as that would cause such problems”. Suggested they come and have a look, but they are not interested.

£740 for a wardrobe that lasts just over 14 months is not good enough. They have disregarded the- Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The act offers protection against faulty goods even when the warranty has run out. The act says goods must last a reasonable time - and that can be anything up to six years from the date of purchase. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is in effect a guarantee for the consumer against poor workmanship and mis-representation for a period of time during the life expectancy of that product. If a warranty in relation to goods you have bought has run out, this will have no effect on your statutory rights under CRA 2015, meaning a retailer cannot refuse to provide you with a repair simply because the warranty has expired.

Poor quality product, even worse customer service. I would not buy a wardrobe for this company. Beware.

I'm incredibly disappointed with the sofa I purchased from Furnipol less than two years ago. Within a short period, it developed a tear despite regular use and proper maintenance. Moreover, upon folding out the sofa bed for the first time, I noticed a significant height difference between the sleeping area and the seating area, making it uncomfortable and unsuitable for its intended purpose.

When I contacted Furnipol regarding these issues, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. They offered to collect part of the sofa for repair, but with a wait time of 35 days, and the inconvenience of packing the damaged part myself. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially considering the price I paid for what I expected to be a quality product.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
