Many hidden fees
Furnished.lu or Altea Immobilière boasts as being the "number 1 of the furnished rental", but this is far too pretentious. Be careful, although they are present everywhere on differents websites of real estate ads of Luxembourg, they hide a lot of things. Look at the opinions on google: those with 5 stars are false accounts.
For my part, I stopped when I noticed the fraud thanks to the different notices (from real account) that we can find on Google. The problem is that I had already paid 250 € for a booking room and I think I would never see them again or so I had to pay 175.50 € ...
I strongly discourage and hope to save time and money to more than one person with this review!

You'd better look out for your money
As convenient as Furnished.lu can be, you should be warned: everything will cost you.
- Getting second sheets for winter when all you have is a 5euro Ikea summer blanket ? Pay
- Renew your contract ? Pay a renewal fee in addition to the agency fee
- Watch TV ? Pay. The screen is in your rent, not what it broadcasts.
- Terminate early because they misunderstood your oral agreement ? Pay.
But don't worry : you won't have to pay when you wait for 3 weeks that your heater is fixed.
Not to mention the quality of houses themselves. Some don't even have a living room when the house hosts 8 people.
