The whole process has been more than disappointing.
They gave me the wrong product and now expect me to do an 8 hour round trip to fix thier mistake.
If I could give negative stars I would.

Marc was offered a replacement king bed immediately when he notified us of the mix up. Unfortunately Marc had assembled the queen bed. Unfortunately we cannot enter a home and dismantle a bed after the client has assembled it, like the customer has demanded. The items received were amazing quality and craftsmanship. We are still very happy to exchange the bed on its return to our store.
