Sadly it was not the coffee table we…

Sadly it was not the coffee table we wanted and some misunderstanding in title stating 'marble' but infact it was marble finish, original price was £222 so we got a discount code and was thinking it was real marble but when it came it was marble finish over wood. Extremely dissapointed and customer service only offered us a refund if we send it back (cheapest courier £40), so infact we will be out of pocket and no coffee table. I honestly think the service is poor

Black Friday Savings

Recently purchased a Hamilton & James Splendour 900.

On saw locally at £1370, bought from furnituredirect.net for £1142 Inc delivery in their Black Friday sale.

I have to admit I was a little bit dubious about the authenticity of the site but I took a chance and wasn’t disappointed. Website said 5 week delivery but I had it within 2 weeks.

Only criticism would be the lack of order status updates. No communication for a few weeks but I then got a call a few days prior to delivery and given a time slot.

Fantastic mattress. Very happy

Good service and quality sofas

I bought two sofas in July, and they arrived on the estimated date four weeks later. Both sofas are excellent quality and at a very competitive price.
Unfortunately, one of the sofas was damaged during delivery. It did take eleven weeks for the sofa to be uplifted, sent back to the supplier for repair, then re-delivered back to us. The company kept us informed on its status throughout, and we eventually got the sofa back fully repaired.
Overall, the company did provide a good service and we would definitely use them again.

Overall good experience

The delivery time was longer than exppected and there was no communication after the order until they were ready to deliver. However the buying process was straight forward, pricing keen and the delivery driver was a lovely, polite, helpful guy.

Horrendous service, poor quality items

I wish I had read reviews beforehand. Customer service is horrendous. Ordered a sideboard, didn't receive an order confirmation, had to call to request an email be sent to me. The sideboard arrived 4 weeks later which was a week late and had dents and scratches on it. Requested a replacement and was told had to wait another 3 weeks for it which is completely unacceptable. When speaking to customer service was shocked to discover I was speaking to the actual manager. Non apologetic, very matter of fact. Never again.

Fantastic service from start to finish

Fantastic service from start to finish. Ordered beautiful Italian bedroom furniture. Good price with discount. Delivered on time. Well packaged and perfect! Delivery guys were so nice and deserve a mention. Absolutely thrilled with my furniture. Very pleased to recommend.

Rauche chest

Ordered to match my same make wardrobe they are well made and construction was easy. Have to wait for it to come from Italy but worth it, it came quickly wrong colour but that was my fault !!

No response to emails / issue resolution yet…

I received a bed frame that was poor quality for the price and also arrived scratched and one part that was cracked. The laminate finish of the bed side table was also poor. It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve sent a request for the replacement parts and I have yet to even receive a response or acknowledgement that my issue is being looked into. Item was poor quality but the lack of response to the issue is the most concerning. I’ve sent a follow up email 10 days later, still no response…

Bedroom chest of drawers

Just had our bedroom chest of drawers delivered within the specified timeframe. Furniture is well made good quality and excellent value. Delivery driver was polite and really helpful. Will definitely use again in the future!

Furniture Direct Amazing Service!

Furniture Direct have been amazing in accommodating my needs for my new home. Great customer service by all and catered furniture to work with the style and colours I had chosen for my house. I ordered all my beds and frames from them and my amazing dining table. Go to them for all your furniture, you will not regret it!
