The product arrived on time, very well packaged and in good condition. The driver was very polite and efficient delivering the heavy boxes to the door. Assembly instructions were relatively easy to follow, without any snags, but as a tip make sure to study the instructions carefully and check every item before you start. The only minor criticism would be that it would be helpful if all the smaller fixings were separately packed and coded, would save a lot of time in determining which is which for very similar screws. The wardrobe is excellent quality and well made and we are very pleased we decided on Furniture Factors. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The overbed unit isnt as you would expect. Door panels look as if they are ribbed wood panels rather than a cheap looking MDF with a stripe print on it. Pictures are deceptive. Not what I expected for a £800-900 unit.

Ordered from eBay, which I was a bit worried about. But the sideboard turned up within a few days, well packaged. I didn't assemble it until a few weeks later due to building work and found a chip in one of the doors. Without much hope, I emailed the seller and they were so helpful and sent out a new door immediately. Will use this company again.

Terrible customer service and unreliable people on the other side of the phone. We give one star as we can't give zero. We have ordered the triple door wardrobe as it looked big enough and with enough storage to cover our kids needs. Unfortunately, the wardrobe is defective. Although we have communicated numerous times with Furniture Factor and followed every instruction given in good will they won't refund our money even though the product is defective.

To save you hussle and headaches, avoid this place at any cost.

After having a little trouble due to what i thought wasn't the clearest of assembly instructions, I received a swift response from the technical team to help me out which was helpful. Delivery was quick. In terms of build quality I was expecting a little better from reading the product description but overall a good experience.

The units are just what I wanted, perfect thank you.

I don’t usually send reviews but had to say how pleased i have been with this company and staff
I ordered a large amount of gloss white furniture which was delivered within 5 days of which was in stock and i was kept informed of delivery of the remaining furniture
One of the drawer runners was faulty told them by phone and received 3 pairs to replacement within 3 days
This company goes above and beyond to satisfy customer needs
Only things to improve on is drawer boxes are out of date in this day and age and would enhance quality if runners were fitted below drawer box as most other companies do also hinges are difficult to adjust as only a small amount adjustment can be made
Other hinges on the market allow for a considerable adjustment in comparison
If these were improved then this product would be hard to better for the price
They are aware of my comments and are already looking into these improvements (bravo )
