Very nice comfortable outdoor chairs.
Two very comfortable chairs and a small table that serve us nicely for our morning coffee. The chairs are well made, they’re stable and the cushions are made with good quality outdoor fabric. I can spend quite a bit of time sitting there and reading my book. That’s how comfortable they are!

Bbq took over 3 weeks to arrive
Bbq took over 3 weeks to arrive. When it was finally delivered, it was dumped on our front lawn with no notice.
My second order of a cover and conversion kit was quicker but the order was incorrect- we received a rotisserie instead of the cover. Had to have the cover sent out again. We are still waiting to see what they want us to do regarding the rotisserie as they have not contacted us.

Everything went very smoothly. I ordered a large outdoor umbrella online on Sunday. I received an email on Monday that my order was being processed then a text on Tuesday saying the order was ready for delivery and asking to confirm I could accept that day or the next or respond with a preferred date. It also noted that for bulky/heavy items assistance would be required to unload. I rang and spoke with a very accommodating and pleasant man and arranged delivery later that day. The delivery happened on time. The website was also easy to use and very informative,

A mixed experience - but still overall good
Ordered the Mosman extendable table - didn't function properly. Contacted FurnitureOkay and got Danie. He was very helpful with prompt responses and was able to sort it out very quickly. Unfortunately there was a second round of issues with the table legs not fitting properly. But Danie was on it and got it sorted for us. Overall customer service from Danie & FO delivery team was great, but it was a hassle to have to jump through hoops to get a fully functioning product. In the end, the replaced table did look good and worked great.
