I have not received my furniture from Furniwork, can anyone give me a phone number that I could contact them on?. I do not get replies from this company and am getting slightly worried now.

Like many others, I have not received ordered goods or a refund. The company no longer responds to any emails and purely exists to scam customers. Please do report to Trading Standards if you have dealt with them, as they really need to be shut down

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before buying from this company. They have not delivered the item I ordered and are ignoring my emails (they only replied to one early on).
I will be reporting them to trading standards if they do not refund my money as they clearly have no ability to fulfil the order.

I managed to get a refund from them after raising a dispute with my bank. Apparently they are having issues with their suppliers but receiving no updates, no responses to emails does not assure customers that they haven't been scammed. If you have already paid for items, if you can, I suggest raising a payment dispute with your bank and hopefully you'll receive a full refund. I don't think many people are actually receiving any items from this company so, if you haven't already ordered, avoid them at all costs.

I ordered a bedside table nearly 4 weeks ago, it was in stock. They are still advertising it today on-line as in stock! Unable to get any reply to phone calls or emails from the company.The Trust Pilot reviews are dreadful, wish I had read them before ordering from this company, if in deed it actually exists! Notice there are no reveiws on Furniworks website, I added a review but it has not been posted! If you google the company a result comes up fo AA Office Furniture!

What an awful company! I too had issues with them: ignoring emails, delayed stock etc. I was lucky enough to get a full refund but I literally emailed them several times daily in order to get their attention. Don’t give up and don’t let them get away with it!

Should have read the reviews, but I was so excited to find a cabinet I loved and was marked as “out of stock” in every other shop (sigh). Unfortunately, I paid with a bank transfer, which they claim they’ve never received. Anyone wants to join forces to report them to Action Fraud? The more reports, the quicker they stop scamming people.

Wish I had read these reviews, am also a victim of this dreadful company. Fortunately I used my credit card and hope to have my money refunded but DO NOT BUY from them. No contact within the 10 days they stated. Automated reply to my email noting my concern, attempt at phone call, just rang and then was cut off. Cannot get through, read these reviews and have learned my lesson!

Mine - like so many others - is extremely negative, but there's no point being bitter - what's done is done and I've only lost £46 so it could have been a lot worse..
There are suggestions that the Company has ceased trading and if that's the case it looks like they're still taking orders and cash - which if not illegal is certainly immoral!
Whilst people should make their own decisions, please heed this and other similar reviews which you'll find on the internet.
Not many positives I'm afraid.

Absolute scammers - waited 2 months for an order, they said they would be in touch within 10 days to arrange a delivery date but this did not happen. I emailed them after 3 weeks and they got back and and said they couldn’t give me an update I then literally sent so many further emails over the next 5 weeks that they ignored and only when I emailed them this week to say I would be contacting trading standards did they send me a refund!

Worst company ever.

I placed an order on the 1st December for a bedside table. Received the email saying that they'd be in touch in 10 days to arrange a delivery date. I've not heard from them since. Don't answer the phone or emails. Then I found all these reviews. looks like I won't be getting my order.

Fuming is not the word. how do you get companies like this closed down. Surely they should be stopped from operating.

Great customer service, delivered later than expected but this is understanding in current situation. Great customer service. Highly recommended!!!

I wish I had checked these reviews before purchasing but their website seemed professional and the company registration number checks out.
I ordered a desk on 14/11, received a confirmation and invoice the next day and was told I would be given a delivery date within 10 days. 10 days later no news so I contacted them, they did reply but told me that it "due to the global situation" it would now be 10-14 working days to get a delivery date and 5 days before delivery. I waited and contacted them again on 07/12, asking for an update or to cancel the order.
No response. Then I saw all the reviews on here and now suspect this is some kind of scam, either that or they have the worst customer service in the world.
I foolishly paid by card rather than PayPal but will be speaking to my bank.
If I do not have some kind of reply by tomorrow, based on the reviews I have seen here, I will be reporting them to Trading Standards for investigation

I WISH I’d checked the reviews, we also have been scammed. Paid £195 for two bedside tables, multiple emails and phone calls later and still nobody has got back to us.
It’s been two weeks since I ordered and nobody has spoken to me. I’m going to hope and pray my bank can help me get my money back.

Truly awful customer service. I did receive my bedside tables so we’re one step ahead of many others, but the bedside tables differed dramatically in colour of the wood (supposed to be fairly similar). They also differed in how they are constructed. I’ve tried to contact Furniwork via multiple emails and even managed to find a telephone number but guess what, no answer, straight to voicemail and no response again!
Please avoid this company.

**BEWARE** Should have listened to all these reviews, but deiced to go ahead and purchase anyway (as id be covered by Paypal at least)

Seem's to just be some fraudster posing as a company, as there was never any intent to supply my order and just kept fobbing me off asking to wait 10-12 days then another 7 days etc etc, anyway its taken 2 months to get my money back through paypal.

Cant believe the website hasn't actually been taken down as its a clear scam!! I will be reporting it anyway.

Ordered on 03 October. Supposed to be 5 days delivery. Month on still no delivery and no communication. Contacting paypal for refund.
