We bought a lovely walnut dining table from Furnt, it was the exact style we wanted and I hadn't heard about the company before but I would definitely buy from here again! Unfortunately the table arrived slightly damaged but once I reached out to customer services, the Founder personally reached out to me and quickly rectified the issue immediately! Sending out a new table and having it delivered the next day. I can't commend the customer service enough, so friendly and so easy to have issues fixed very professionally.

Bought two dining chairs from the Soma collection in rust orange to go with a walnut dining table I have. I hadn't heard of Furnt before, but came across these when searching in Google for walnut mid century dining chairs. They arrived very quickly, within a few working days and I'm very happy with them. The quality is better than I expected, and the colour is lovely and really stands out in my sage coloured living room. Hope they stay around because I would definitely consider more items from Furnt in the future.

I ordered a table that was advertised as shipping within a couple of days, and was then told after ordering that the item wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t ship until the following week. That week has been and gone and still no sign of the table.

During this time, the table has still been listed for sale with the same unrealistic delivery timeframes. I’ve pointed this out to them but they’re still misleading customers.

Their customer service is very polite, but it’s very disheartening to be lied to over and over.

Update: they’ve now sent me a chair instead of a table. Honestly just disastrous from start to finish.

I’d like to share my recent shopping experience. I’ve been wanting to replace the dining table at home, so I searched online and came across this website. What really surprised and impressed me was that—especially in the UK market—this was the first time I encountered a seller that kept me updated on every step of the process. Before shipping, they even sent over detailed pictures of the dining set provided by the warehouse. The communication was consistently efficient and the customer service was quick to handle everything. This experience left a deep impression on me. I truly hope they continue to grow and do well here in the UK market.

Slight hiccup over which date my furniture was arriving but Furnt investigated and kept me informed. Items arrived safely this morning, were very well-packaged, solidly built and the chairs are very comfortable and look great in situ.

Is third time i order from furnt and im very happy with quality and service,first time i had order a chair,second was a vase and third time was a coffee table ,so higly recomended

Really disappointed with the side tables I bought from Furnt. They arrived with scratches and glue marks all over, and the finish looked cheap despite the high price. I ended up returning them, but still had to pay for the return, which feels really unfair. Total waste of time and money - definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered a couple of items and the delivery was with me within a week. Great products and a lovely hand written thankyou for ordering note, which was a nice touch.
