Unusual lamp
On opening my package, I was initially a little disappointed by the appearance of the lamp as the metal is quite thin and lightweight, and also the colour was not quite as expected. However, once I put the light bulb in it instantly looked better and once switched on it looks really nice. It gives off a warm glow, creating a lovely ambience in the room. The package did take a while to arrive, but the tracking information provided was detailed and accurate. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

Very nervous…
Having trawled online and onsite I finally found what I thought was “the lamp”.
It arrived today, a little late but it’s there have been Christmas holidays so it’s to be expected.
The lamp isn’t as nice as it looked online, delivery guy was rude and the packaging was not ideal so I’ve put it all back in the box ready to start the return process.
I went to their website to do this and was horrified to find it’s £19.95 to do so! Have requested the returns label but am very nervous about how this will go. The reviews here are good and bad but others on the web are awful. Will update as to whether things go well or not

Love this company. Bought some shelves 6 months ago, then decided I needed extra shelves, so just bought an extra 2 to add to the below. Have never had an issue with postage or packaging.

Absolutely delighted with the experience from start to finish. I ordered some beautiful Jax shelves from Funwise. Order was dealt with swiftly and communication on delivery was frequent and accurate. I ordered some lights some time ago and when I came to hang them they were a little faulty. I contacted Furnwise to let them know and they responded quickly asking for further information. Once they had the details, they arranged for replacements to be sent out quickly and efficiently. All correspondence was swift and polite and I now have beautiful lights in my kitchen.
