Thank you for sharing your review. I’d like to provide some context to address your review, as we believe our products are of high quality, reflected by over 2,000 happy customers.
You mentioned that the first harness you bought from us broke. Upon receiving the picture you sent, we noticed the damage was in an unusual place, suggesting external factors rather than a defect. However, we promptly replaced the harness, prioritising customer satisfaction over speculation.
Three weeks later, you reported a similar issue with the replacement harness. The damage was almost identical to the first harness. Given that we've had over 2,000 orders without any similar complaints, experiencing this issue twice in such a short period seems highly unlikely to be due to the product quality.
Our policy does state that dogs should be supervised when using their accessories to avoid any chewing accidents, and dogs who tend to heavily pull should check they are using the correct accessory for their needs.

Really lovely tweed bundle
Really lovely tweed bundle. The harness and collar look absolutely lovely and are very thick and durable. The lead is a great long length too. Presentation of the package upon arrival was very organised and lovely to open. Our pup looks great and we know her harness is secure to her. We have a cavapoo and bought a medium size harness which fits great. We bought her collar in size small which again fits perfectly. Very happy and have already recommended to friends.

I ordered for my new puppy, and honestly I am not disappointment. The customer service is amazing, the items are luxurious and gorgeous.
Delivery was quick also, I ordered it on the Wednesday. By the Thursday there was a knock at the door.

This is a fantastic little business
This is a fantastic little business, I have purchased several times from Furry tails and the service, quality of goods, down to even the quality of the packaging is first class.
We have purchased several harnesses for our Boston Terriers and have never been happy, then i discovered Furry tails, the quality of the harnesses we have bought are brilliant, lovely material, soft on the dogs and the length of the matching leads are fantastic.

The peach tweed herringbone bundle
The peach tweed herringbone bundle we ordered was the best harness we had ever put on Bluebell (our cocker spaniel). The adjustable straps meant a perfect fit. The material is thick and well made. This is the only website I could find which provided so much in a bundle and for such a good value. We absolutely love our new walking set and Bluebell wears her collar all of the time, comfortably. The bow can be attached to the harness, which looks adorable. Bluebell has had so many compliments. The car seat belt works great too and the length is adjustable. All around a fantastic website, product and experience. Thank you.

Stunning products and amazing service!
We ordered the coco set for our new puppy and are absolutely blown away by the quality of the items! The material feels amazing, soft but strong. It was a lovely touch adding bags in the the poop bag holder, it’s the little things that make a difference.
Our first order was lost by the courier but saying the service we received was second to none! We had a new parcel shipped out quickly, beautifully boxed and a lovely apology card inside.
We’ll be back to order again!
