We completely understand your frustration, and we want to assure you that what you've described is highly unusual. The symptoms you're experiencing — significant input delays, inability to sleep and wake correctly, and video playback stuttering — are not representative of the performance our tablets are designed and tested to deliver, and we'd very much like to get to the bottom of this for you.

In many cases, these kinds of issues can be caused by a software or configuration issue rather than the hardware itself, such as background processes consuming resources, a Windows update pending, or a driver conflict. We would hate for you to continue experiencing this without us at least investigating whether it can be resolved.

Would you be willing to let us look into this further? If you could share the model name or serial number from the back of the device along with your order details with our support team at eve@fusion5store.com, we'll get someone to look at this as a priority and advise on the best course of action —
