Just had fusion fibre installed this morning by Harry, couldn't of asked for a better installer. Very polite guy no fuss straight in and out very quick installation. Would highly recommend anyone getting fusion fibre to ask for Harry to do the installation.

We had an issue getting a personalised voice mail on our Yealink phone. Liam patiently listened to our issues and explained what he would do to resolve the issue.When the fix did not work he tried another tack and copied the voice recording I had made into the system. He was kind, friendly and helpful and inspired confidence at each stage. He deserves a huge thank you for his tenacity and ability to get the problem sorted.THANK YOU LIAM.

Liam contacted me about the fact that my VIOP phone had not arrived even though the cable had been installed over a month ago.
Liam was excellent. He dealt with my concerns and explained precisely what he would do to correct the problem.
I have just received the phone I.e. less than 24hrs after our conversation. That's brilliant service - the best experience I've had in my dealings with Fusion!
Now I'm waiting for Liam to ring, as he promised, to talk me through the installation process.
As I was writing this he rang! Our VOIP phone is now installed and working perfectly.
Liam was patient, clear and obviously knew exactly what he was doing (and getting me to do). Many thanks for the work you've done. 5 STARS!! Thoroughly deserved. Geoff Walker.

Kevin arranged the fitting and the two men did a quick and very tidy job.
They connected all my WiFi appliances for me which was a great help as my sight is poor.
The monthly fee too is very good.
