Very happy with the on-line service. All onformation was emailed to me promptly and in particular the purchase invoice. The down side to was that the item ordered did not turn up on the advised day. It was meant to be next day delivery but infact it was two working days. This in turn was made worse by those two days spanning a weekend which in effect made it four days.

Site easy to find, goods spot on, arrived next day as promised, no delivery charge, As we have no shops around us, it would would take 25 mins to travel to a town, took lest time to order from you. Brilliant

Easy to use website to check prices. Although we have to use an official school order when placing orders we can see the shopping lists and baskets are simple to use. The confirmation and despatch emails are effective and useful and the emailed invoice is quick. The goods arrived speedily when our stocks were low.

Ordering was easy and costs were low in comparison to other suppliers. Good communication and service in the way of a telephone call to inform me when my order would be delivered and to inform me that it would be arriving in two seperate packages to avoid confusion. Delivery arrived quickly and as stated.

A really good range of products & the pricing is excellent, ordering was very simple & I received my product the following day I would definately buy from Fuss 3 again.
