Bad delivery experience
I am giving just 3 stars because while the order itself was shipped quickly and the price was really interesting, the delivery was really unprofessional to say the least. DPD just left the package on a bench downstairs in the building. They didn't even bother to come up and leave it in front of our apartment (the way Swiss Post does it). So while I do recommend Fust I strongly advise against using DPD.

Fast delivery, but left outside
I ordered at 9pm and the item was at my door the day after at 1pm. Quite impressive.
Only point of critic: in the email it was said that the item would be left "in a safe place". It was left on top of the mailbox outside. It is true that I live in a safe area, but inside the building would be more reasonable.

Ex-display TV sold as New
I ordered a new LG TV and as it is last years model, there were only a few left to pick up in store. My partner picked it up and has been given an ex-display unit. This could already have been playing for thousands of hours and is not new condition as ordered.
Even after we found that another nearby store has an actual new version, we have been told that we cannot exchange them because they are the same, we can only exchange for a different model. This makes no sense and has left me with a very negative view of Fust which otherwise provided a good service.

Where’s the tablet?
All ok except before you use the kettle the first time you have to fill it with water and add the decalcifying tablet. What tablet? There wasn’t one in the box. Now I can’t use the kettle until I find out where to go to buy the tablets. It’s annoying.

Sell unavailable items, and don't deliver
I bought a refrigerator, which was supposed to be delivered between 5 and 10 days. It's been a month and I still haven't received the refrigerator. They say it's not available (if so, why is in their web page, ans went they promise to deliver in less that 10 days). After the delivery time expired, no one contacted me, no one gave me a solution and no one cared.
Costumer service is completely useless, no one knows anything, no one helps and there's no accountability.

Non existent customer service.
I ordered coffee from Fust that was meant to be delivered in 4 to 7 days. It's over a month now and it still hasn't come. Moreover I don't need it now.
I have tried contacting customer service but all you get is an automated reply and never hear anything else.
OK. I guess I didn't lose too much money but Fust lost a customer forever because they have no customer service.

Paid for but still not received after two weeks
I made an order at Fust Globus Lausanne on 30 July for Laurastar IGGI Rouge and paid for the item. I was told I would be contacted in a few days when it had arrived.
One week later, on 6 August, I went back to Fust to ask for an update and was told I need to wait a little longer. Four days later, on 10 August, I emailed Fust customer services and have received no response. It has now been two weeks and I have heard nothing.
I am very disappointed with this service. The Fust website says the product is available within 48 hours but clearly it is not. I would like a refund so I can purchase the item from somewhere that actually has it in stock.

We bought a freezer online as we don't have a car to go and get it from the store. It broke after one month and we had to wait 4 months to get another one (they said it was not repairable so I also wonder about all the waste of material), which was not the same one we chose and is much louder. We also had to take it to the post office to send it back renting a car on our charge, as they would have charged us 84CHF to come and pick it up.

I have purchased online a grill that could not be found in the shops near me. We wanted something to cook an easy dinner without having to start the party grill burning. delivery was on point, the product packed in additional box, but even in the initial box the moving parts were insulated. Clean up and installation in minutes. Very satisfied with the price, delivery and the final product which even if reduced price is a great purchase.

Horrible delivery experience
I gave 2 orders between 23- 24 July, both of them to be delivered on a different address than the billing address and explicitly declared that in the relevant form. Both of them were supposed to be delivered by Tuesday 26th July. After a lot of calls and emails the first one arrived on the 27th and the second has not arrived yet as of today July 30th. Never again, better shop elsewhere.

Paying FUST in advance for a service not received
We purchased and paid for a Lave Linge & Séchoir combination on 11th July and were promised a prompt advice for delivery on 22nd. The notice duly came for delivery between 14.00hrs and 16.00hrs ….. the day arrived but at 15.00hrs we received a telephone call to say that due to various delays ours had been cancelled and we would be receiving news for a new delivery date shortly! Obviously, nothing happened on Friday afternoon. Nothing happened on Monday either, so we called the shop, despite their efforts and numerous calls to the delivery department nothing more happened. Finally after many attempts by us and the shop we have been given a new date of 9th August. It’s 34 degrees outside again today and expected to remain around 30 for the next 10 days ….. whilst we are held hostage by FUST despite many efforts we have a choice to accept this date or cancel after losing two weeks, no apologies, no solutions & apparently we just go to the back of the queue because we have paid already…. More fool me!
Since writing my complaint I have to admit that the staff at the point of sale (FUST rue Jargonnaut) pulled out all the stops …. Fantastic what they did, arranged for a private transporter who is in fact installing the machines as I write this update. Well done 👍 I’m impressed as they really went a lot more than the “extra mile” …. Saved the day!
