I would give a zero if I could

I would give a zero if I could. Do not order from this site. They say your item has shipped but the tracker info shows the item never arrived to the shipping center. I’ve emailed the company several times with no response. I have called several times, left voicemails with no response. Now I have to contact my credit card to dispute the charges because they cannot fulfill the order which was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Very disappointing.
