Easy to order. Great follow-up by the Futonland team to confirm details. Everything was delivered as promised and arrived ready to assemble. instructions were easy to follow. The Moonshadow mattress is comfortable and folds back easy. I recommend the grip tape as that is needed to prevent the mattress from slipping off the frame. Great purchase and experience!

The Futon Mattress arrived completely as described. It is a premium futon mattress. It's a firm mattress which is what I wanted. I am pleased with how easy the transaction went. The delivery was speedy.

He helped ensure that I received the right bed frame for my mattress, and was flexible in allowing me to change my order. The delivery was scheduled quickly, within two business days. The delivery/assembly men did great, quick work. I am very satisfied with the service and product!

I ordered a split queen with a bench cover. I didn’t open the box when it first arrived. The package was missing the bench!

Phone call confirmation is a thoughtful step for a big purchase from a few states away - they made sure I was getting the right size mattress for my frame. Appreciate it. Products shipped right after the call and showed up on my doorstep a few days later, packaged securely against the elements. Mattress is very comfy and smells kinda nice too.

The futon was delivered fast and easy to set up instructions. The mattress was super comfortable and because it was thick, required the strips to stay in place. Also, I ordered the cover which cane in a French blue. It’s durable, beautiful and easy to put on. It is a wonderful futon sofa bed. We are so happy.

good costumer service from beginning to getting the mattress there was always communication, thanks. You didn't get 5 stars because you didn't have my mattress in gray. If you don't have a color, it should be reflected on the website. Also, the mattress is great, so far!

I bought a futon and mattress futon was OK it was a full size Rockwell. I put the futon together placed the mattress (Haley 110 by Otis) on but the mattress is thick and hard. It is so thick it makes it useless for my 11yr old son to use because the mattress is so acquired. I have to rope the mattress together so that it takes the shape of the seated futon. My complaint is really about the mattress and it's form and not being able to return the mattress without paying something crazy

The futon cover is nicely made and was delivered quickly. I’m glad they contacted us to follow up on the order to discuss the size and based on their recommendation we downsized to get the best fit. Unfortunately when we took the cover out of the sealed bag it had a couple of brown marks on the natural cover. When they were made aware of the issue they were quick to react and offer options to rectify the situation. We are very satisfied with the cover and I would definitely use them again and recommend. They appear to be a company who prides themselves in quality products, service and customer satisfaction.

I purchased a great dresser from their other company comfort pure. I started looking for a mattress on their site and decided to call since I couldn’t decide. Tony was great help and recommended a mattress that was extra firm. I love the mattress! No back pain! Great purchases in both companies.

A very comfortable mattress at an excellent price point!

We ordered a Gold Bond Arctic mattress from FUTONland. Our salesman was Tony. He was
wonderful to work with. Tony's communication skills and patience made our out of state purchase
seamless. We even received our mattress earlier than expected.

They were very careful to ensure I know exactly what I was buying. The whole process took a little longer than I expected, but I appreciated the careful consideration. Love the cotton/wool futon, excellent product and superb quality. So nice that it is latex free.

Very easy to order the item, and very fast delivery. I was looking for a Natura pillow, which are becoming harder to find in the US. Futonland had them. After placing the order, an actual living, breathing person called to confirm the order and let me know about when it would be shipped. The pillow arrived sooner than expected, and is just as comfortable as I hoped.
