Futura Recruitment is a proactive company, specialising in the automotive sector, and seem to have candidate care at the heart of everything that they do. They go out of their way to build a professional relationship and understand your current needs.

I have been working with Lucy Wynn, and her approach seems to be that nothing is too much trouble (even after normal office hours). They also work with you on your CV and covering letter, suggesting changes to maximise your chances, and unlike other's, they proactively chance feedback from companies and help you make sense of it so you can improve.
