We bought a furura electric radiator…
We bought a furura electric radiator FAH1000-2 after installing it we tried to programme it but the manual was unclear, excessively complicated and frustrating. After 4 days and many clever heads trying to work it out we are still no wiser. The you-tube video was not useful either. I'd advise avoiding this product
Impossible to get a refund
Impossible to get a refund. No contact number, only a form. Received 3 radiators on 9 Jan, and still waiting for someone to reply to me re a DPD collection for my return.

Was ok to start with but cuts too frequently now
The control worked well for a few days but then it jumps down to 0 when I am using it. When it’s just sitting there, it stays on 😕
Update: it cuts after an hour
Update 2: no matter the setting, it flashes E. so it flat out doesn’t work now

Delivery was slow
Delivery was slow, Evri sent email's within minutes of each other stating different times after the first delivery was postponed. Nothing against Futura Direct, the item was as advertised and at the right price. delivery let them down.

These people are non exsitent can't get through to them no response got faulty heater can't get it replaced or refunded must be scammers people don't use this company stay well clear see other people's experiences must be pretty bad stay clear. Get professional people to pay them a visit I thinks they well soon answer then I assure you. You liars I only reported on 11 January 2024 you better own up.

bought 10+ heated…
I am someone who has bought 10+ heated overthrow/blankets from this company as gifts. I have been purchasing them for over a year and they are the largest thickest blankets going in comparison to places like Argos. The measurements were 180x130cm. The controller is v easy to use too.
My only niggle is out of the 10-15 purchased 2 have stopped working. It was then we realised the plugs are converter plugs. Those two blankets were purchased a year ago. I have purchased the controller separately which seems to have done the trick.
The delivery is quick. I’m hoping there’s no faults in the long run with the newer purchases.

Quick delivery and a quality heavy-duty product. I had bought a similar cover elsewhere online and it said it was heavy duty but the material was thin and it arrived with broken flimsy catches so I sent it back, While this was slightly more expensive it was a far superior product. It's worth paying a bit extra for.
