Neither answer to my mail nor by phone…

Neither answer to my mail nor by phone more than two weeks late and still no news... M'y kid hasn't received its gift for his birthday...
No way to cancel the order and ton get a refund online... No tracking number it really look like a scam but how did they receive these trust pilot reviews!!!!

And now they ask me to change my review even though i still have no news of my purchase... Otherwise they won't help me.

Bellow in the answer they mention à mistake due to the website which i rectify months ago....

You can also find this information on the order confirmation received by email. We are sorry that your son did not receive the package for your birthday. We ask you to review your offensive and incorrect review, then proceed with the refund, and choose between a new order with the correct address

2nd handed item? Lots of shopping receiptd were found.

I got the Seven backpack with rusty accessory and without the original packing plactic bag. And I found plenty of receipt from the hidden pocket inside the backpack. I wonder is it a brand new item. The customer service replied that there would be paper for filling up the space for showing it looks better. It's rediculous. They are receipt from others like during a vacation. Airticket, hotel receipt, sight seeing ticket, shopping receipt etc.

Very happy

Very happy with service, ordered an item from Ireland as I couldn't get it in my own country or close by, arrived a bit late but at Christmas time everything is a little late.

Unbelievably bad customer service

Unbelievably bad customer service. I had to pay a customs fee of 380€ for the item I purchased, even though the company had promised free shipping. The item also did not come in time, but several weeks late. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Dear customer, we are sorry for the delay of your product but your local customs has blocked the product it was not our fault. We had promised free shipping not free customs fee because in our contract that you agreed, it says "In all cases where the Customer chooses to deliver the Bene at Foreign Countries, he accepts from now on that he will be responsible for any costs of going to Customs, which will be in his sole discretion. If these have not been quantified in the price, it will be the responsibility of the Customer to inquire, at his own expense, on the amount of duty to be paid in Customs". In addition we want to specify that the 200€ of refund that you had recived it was our nice gesture for you even if it wasn't required.

I'm so happy with all the things I ordered. My daughter has an obsession for cry babies she was really happy with the ones she got. I will order more soon 😊
