This is a scam they quoted for a door and window then tripled the price when we said no they cancelled it but we never got the £150 survey fee back which they assured us we would. If you can get through via email or phone you get no where. Avoid.

Where does one start with their review...
The windows shown during the sales pitch DID NOT match the inferior quality of windows supplied and installed. One of the windows was 3.5cm short, this is when a surveyor carried out the measurements; I'd have done a much better job. Installers said it happened all the time and wasn't normal. Next day when they came to finish off they were disappointed I had complained to management and mentioned that installers themselves found the mis-measurement OTT and unprofessional.
Customer service has a feel of school back yard run by rowdy and bullying teenagers.
I was passed on to speak to Ali one of the managers who told me they operated ethically because they were muslims...
There was no attempt to listen, understand and rectify the situation. Gaslighting all the way.
Despite blocking some of their contact numbers and asking to be removed from every system under their control, I STILL receive phone calls offering me windows and doors, roofing and other services under what seems like a perpetually available "eco funding".

Do not give this company the time of day, my windows and door have never been right since the day they were fitted, they do not answer e mails or lately there phone lines, i have been ringing them for a date to fix my patio door for 12 months just to be lied to by everyone i spoke to, even a person high up in the company called SAMMY who gave me her personal mobile number but of course it was never answered It would have been 0 stars but had to put something to carry on with my review, once they have your money they do not care about customers,we spent every penny we had to get these windows and doors put in and it was the worst thing I have ever spent money on,I notice that they only reply to good reviews not bad ones.

Absolutely terrible company, likenay have said already avoid at all costs. I took them to small claims and won, but the way they set up their business name they got away with it as they are owned by a different company. Anyone who decides to go down this route should take Horizon Executives to court not Future Renovations

Avoid this company like the plague. The door was fitted incorrectly from the start with marks all over it. Company have since been out 4-5 times and still the door is fitted incorrectly. The last person who came said it was the frame that had been fitted incorrectly from the start and needed to be replaced. He tightened the fittings as there was a huge draft and water coming into property. Since then hinges have broken off the door due to poor fitting and over tightening. The door will simply not lock from the outside. I have sent video evidence to the company who now proceed to ignore me. I have also tried to call them 100s of time, they must be screening my calls as don’t answer, if they do accidentally answer I get put on hold and no one comes back to the phone. The managers simply don’t care despite receiving emails, text messages and calls from myself. I am currently seeking advice from citizens advice after finding out that although the advertise they are FENSA approved. This is only for the windows not doors.
Fitters have admitted to me they can’t retain staff and half of them are not up to the job and can’t carry out the work correctly. They have numerous complaints and recall outs. Please don’t make the mistake of using this company. I wish I had done further research on this company before paying them any money.

I also have text and email evidence of the complaint blatantly ignoring the issues I have raised.Their last visit to my property where they admitted the whole frame needed replacing and promised this would be done was in November 2022. Since this time period they have completely ignored all communication I imagine this was because it was coming up to one year since the door was fitted and the door was fully paid for

I’m still awaiting to hear back and now the main people without taking any names have left the company surprisingly, which it looks like now my job will just remain outstanding, so what’s the point of sending me 20 + year guarantee if you never answer your calls absolute ridiculous!

Save yourself from grief and pay a little more for peace of mind. They scammed the full payment out of me before the job was completed telling me to sign the documents or they wouldnt finish the job. Even the finance company must have had an inclination of what this company was doing as she called them to see what was going on. This is when the company threatened me. They left with damage to my front door and door frame yet would not return to repair. Kept saying they will schedule it in but neve did in the 3 months of trying and emailing and phoning them. Now it looks like they have given up as they are not even answering the phones. Charlatans

I ordered my doors and windows over a year ago and still waiting for the door bell to be fitted or Evan fet it. I phone up regularly and they always say they will call back by end of the day no one ever does. One time a rang up and the customer servis advicer was laughing now the manager will not take my calls

Do not trade with these thieves, they will take your deposit on a deal they can’t do call you 3 weeks later to tell you that they can’t do the deal and you will need to spend another £2000 to go ahead, and if you not give that extra money to them they will never give you your deposit and ignore you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Absolute cowboys doing the fitting & customer service is appalling!!
Had 7 windows & 2 composite doors fitted of which were left covered in brick dust, black hand prints on frames, glass was left filthy!
All sealant on every window has now discoloured so on with the legal action!!

This company was called to provide a quote, After agreeing on the quote, I was asked to pay a deposit.
Within 3 days of paying a deposit, my circumstances changed and I requested to cancel the purchase, bearing in mind no work or products had been manufactured at this stage, therefore there was no real expense incurred by this company at the point of cancellation.
it took a total of 6 MONTHS and over a 100 phone calls for the company to eventually agree a refund of a fraction of my initial £1000 deposit.
Fast forward another 5 months, I am still waiting to receive a single penny.
I have wrote to them on several occasions, and after further enquiries, it seems their address doesn't exist.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
this experience has been totally disheartening and I have wasted so much of my time in just trying to get a fraction of my deposit.

Cowboys! I've been trying to contact them to finish their work for the last few months. Initially they answered my calls promising they will resolve problem. Now they don't answer phone call at all and don't reply to voice messages. Stay away from them and shop somewhere else.

The company owner is able to be solution-focused.

This company installed windows 7 and a front door in December 2022 and the standard of the work was very poor
Their workmen stole my ladder which they took to install the front without permission
My beddings were also stained with the chemicals they were using
I think they used my bed as a table to place their tools
A ring door bell was included in the contact which was out of stock and we were offered £100 but because we have asked for compensation they want us to sign our rights away
The front door could not lock after the workmen left after countless phone calls text and letters we had to hire a locksmith
It was 8 months later that they tried to communicate with us
This company employs cowboys and thieves as they don’t know what they are doing I would NEVER let this company anywhere near my house as they have reduced the value of my house

Do not use taken my £500 will not return calls unable to contact and we’re unable to supply goods requested offered different doors . This company has made me Ill and also list money now been freezing all winter as windows have not been supplied.

Pls do not use this company. They beg and harass to give him wk but after that you are left with poor quality materials and workmanship. I have doors installed 4 mths ago and it's falling apart already. Complained many times . No response. Pls do not use them

Just had 3 doors ,a bay window & 3 other windows replaced today the work carried out was fantastic I'm really pleased, Ricky & Kyle were very professional always smiling and very polite not much mess to clear up afterwards either. I would highly recommend this company also very happy with the cost.

Thanks guys especially the fitters what a brillaint job am so impressed and wasn’t going to go a head all I can say is thanks guys and the service was amazing all the way highly recommended
