I love the "choose your own adventure" option! (the 'create account' option) where you can manipulate the variables to your liking.

I have requested 3 times on one account. first 2 times there was an issue with DCA and micro scalping a few bucks to make up consistency. 3rd time comes my account is put on review. No microscalping no DCA, even though it’s allowed at this point, same contract size every day and now i’m having to explain myself as a trader what my habits are and essentially how I trade in general. After explaining in the most thorough way possible my payout gets denied for trades taken in the first week of opening the account. It’s been over 2 months since these have happened and if they were an issue big enough to deny a payout they would have showed up at this point. I requested 4141, the biggest of them yet and by far the simplest of them because there was no inconsistencies, same contracts no scalping no DCA. My first was 558 my second was 1260(requested 4200 but with the DCA rule it ended up being 1260 from them not counting trades). Now that I was fully qualified for the max payout they pulled out every trick in the book to deny, first the review on my account to explain my trades, now trades from months ago in order to deny my account. This seems too close to FTT for my liking and I advise everyone to stay away from this firm regardless on how it looks. You will only find trouble. If something looks too good it probably is and this proves it.

Amazing prop firm, arguably the best in the space. No activation fee, a very fair 40% consistency rule, attentive support, no DCA rules.. you won’t find better opportunity elsewhere. The payout process used to be slower than competition, but even that is being streamlined (rollout for instant payouts is in beta). Futures Elite is 10/10 in my book!

After a glitch in Plarform X, my maximum daily loss was displayed incorrectly. After a brief exchange with Futures Elite support, the problem was resolved. Excellent service for traders.

The software connects seamlessly. All the analysis and charting tools function together effortlessly, and I haven’t encountered any slowdowns or issues.

The trading dashboards give me a lot of flexibility. I can track different aspects of my performance simultaneously, which makes analysis much easier.

I am a verified Trustpilot user, and I take company reviews seriously. Reading reviews on Trustpilot has always been one of my key steps when choosing a prop firm.

I initially gave up trying to communicate with FuturesElite because I didn’t want to waste any more of my time. However, they repeatedly flagged my review as “defamation”, so I decided to share my experience in detail.My Account and Timeline

On September 1st, I paid $450 upfront for a $150,000 evaluation account.
After around 30 trading days, I successfully met all the profit targets.
Then, I requested a $250 payout, not to cash out big profits, but simply to confirm whether this company actually pays its traders.

Shortly afterward, my account (F3728214) was suspended, and I was told it was because of my Trustpilot review.he Payout Denial Excuse

FuturesElite refused to pay me, claiming that I had engaged in “scalping” and that my $2,142 in profits would not count toward the target.
They even sent me a screenshot of my trades as “evidence.”

Their own definition of scalping includes:

Holding a trade for less than 10 seconds, or

Making fewer than 5 pips of profit.

However, if you check the screenshot they sent, you can clearly see that most of my trades lasted around two hours, mainly on GBP pairs, and the profits per trade were well above 5 pips.
So their justification completely contradicts their own data.Unclear and Inconsistent Communication

I requested the payout on a Wednesday, and they told me payouts are processed within 48 hours.
But when I followed up on Discord, support told me, “It hasn’t even been 72 hours yet.”
This inconsistency, combined with poor communication, made me realize this company is poorly organized and unreliable.

⚠️ Final Thoughts

I did not violate any rules or damage my account in any way — they simply banned me after my review.
For context, I’ve worked with multiple prop firms like FTMO and The5ers, both of which I highly recommend.
In fact, The5ers even interviewed me because I’ve earned over $100,000 in payouts from prop firms in the past year.

Compared to these reputable companies, FuturesElite feels unprofessional, inconsistent, and untrustworthy.
This is my honest experience, and I strongly advise traders to stay away from this firm.

I was surprised by how professional and polished everything feels. Even as a practice platform, the interface is sleek and responsive.
