It was an amazing experience throughout the sourcing period with Osmond. Osmond is very good at sourcing properties across cities. He showed me some properties in different cities like Liverpool, Birmingham and Leicester and I finally ended up picking a R2SA from Leicester. We have established trust and relationship through conversation back and forth during the sourcing period. This is definitely one of the best real estate investments companies I know out there. Osmond worked with me to get my first Rent to Rent deal. He got a good deal, cheap rent and good location. He helped to also get a good management company for the property, He helped with the furniture, setup and everything possible. The property has 2 bookings within 2 weeks of launch. He is definitely an amazing person to work with. He is currently helping me to get my first Buy to Let property. I’ll definitely recommend him to everyone.
