Order process was efficient. It became tedious with the extra/bonus offers one after the other. Otherwise looking forward to trying the product for first time.

I ordered 2 dishwasher + 1 free cleaners for $35.07 at a discounted price from Fuugu.com, I also added washing machine cleaners for $14 99. After submitting my order I got an email with a price for $85.73, I immediately call to cancel the order. They processed a cancellation 5 minutes after I submitted ordered and before the order was processed. The order was processed the next day and I was forced to wait for the order to be delivered to return it. The cost of returning the package was $87.00. They had time to cancel the order, but opted to ship it instead. This would mean that if I wanted to get my $85.00 back I would have to spend another $87.00. I think this was done intentionally.
I contacted the company before writing this review and was told there was nothing that could be done unless I returned the items, which would cost me $87.00. The cost of returning the items that I did not order would be more than the purchase of the items. Basically for the total price of $172.00 I could be refunded $85.00. Now after writing this review they want me to contact them again or my review would be removed.

I'm not sure what this company has to offer, we'll see! This is my first order of fuugy dw cleaning tablets. Hoping they're better than Amazon's, my DW is now waiting for the service dept of kitchenaid to open on Monday so I won't have to wash dishes anymore! Let's hope it's better than that experience! Not fond of all the "special offers" after every item we buy online. Can't you just be happy that you made an over-priced sale?

Sounds like an excellent product. Constant popups urging me to buy something else are annoying. I look forward to cleaner dishes and a cleaner dishwasher.

This is a scam.
Don't be fooled by the product. They try to sell you other promotions, it's a click bait , after you can't review the second order, they automatically charge you(with bigger quantity) even if you want to change or modify the order, it's impossible. I sended email and call to help support and they say that's it's to late to change the order as been already sported. They give false reason and they say you will be able to send it back (to your own cost) of cours.

Be careful the way they doing business is wrong and they try to catch you !!!

I orderer ONE packaging....and payed the order by Paypal....the total was not shown but 1 package plus postage I had to pay 21.85 euros. How surprisingly I was charged almost 55 euros for 5 packages that I didn't ordered.... I immediately sent an email to block the order.... and between absurd discount offers and requests to reconsider to which I always replied that I no longer wanted the order, here this morning I received an email.... sorry but the order has already been shipped!!! Be careful.... I felt CHEATED!!!!!!!!!

The website promises $23CAD deal. You end up paying $54CAD. Buyers be aware. It is SCAM!

I have cleaned parts of my dishwasher in the past and been disgusted with what builds up so hopefully this will eliminate what I can see and all that I can't see. My house is 45 years old and sometimes my kitchen sink does not smell sweet. I use baking soda and vinegar to improve. but this sounds worth a try.
