Quite poor customer service from the office team, making things more difficult than they need to be for simple bookings.
An alarm system at an RSPCA centre wasn't well serviced and has been at fault for several months now, causing distress to on site animals, local residents and the staff team, due to alarms going off in the early hours for a few months now.
Engineers missed vital battery changes, plus a faults in detectors, costing a self-funded charity wasted time, resources and money.
