I placed an order 2 months ago and still have not received any product or communication after reaching out numerous times. SO SO disappointed
I payed a dog bed that never arrived. The link to the website Wiesenthal work anymore. It’s a scam! Don’t buy anything from them.
Scam site - Came on my IG feed & I ordered XXL bed for $70.
Have been sending reminders to email id which confirmed by order
No response for 15 days
Link to website doesnt work anymore & thats when I realised the scam and seeing similar experience of others.
Shame on Meta for allowing such ads
I have fallen victim to this scam too. Ordered the fuzzy calming dog bed £59.00. Luckily we paid by credit card so should get our money back. Thought it was too good to be true. Link to tracking does not work. Website no longer exists. Never again will I order stuff from Facebook. Oh word of warning to all if you get a confirmation of purchase email from this company save a copy print it off screen shot it to preserve it. I had two confirmation emails in my in my hotmail inbox yesterday. I clicked on the link to track my order, which of course did not work. I clicked on their link to contact their customer service email to ask where my order was. I sent an email with the order number. Today went I went to find their emails to send to my credit card company, they have completely disappeared. I contacted Microsoft to do a full email server recovery. They told me they have gone and can’t be recovered. They said that they have limits on what they can do but implied that the links on these emails act like a switch. If you click on them they auto delete the emails from your in box. Very clever I’d say.
This is a scam I have just paid 38e to find the site is no longer available. DO NOT ORDER from this dreadful company.
I was SCAMMED too! I just lost $70!! Don't ever use APPLEPay either - there is no protection for these types of scams and they won't refund my money :(
I'm so mad! I should have known by a Chinese website titled fuzzy-purple!
Less than 1 star, scam. Link expired unable to get response from “customer service” so angry that I fell for it. Shame on Facebook for allowing this into feed.
LOOKS LIKE I GOT CAUGHT OUT..IT WAS SO CONVINCING SCAM
SCAM! DO NOT BUY!
Update 11/28/2023: I got my money back from affirm!
after purchasing a lazy bed on Oct 14 for 89.99, today 10/16/2023 the website is no longer available and so is the "ORDER CONFIRMATION" I am currently disputing payments to Fuzzy-purple.com
After doing a few google image reverse I found the actual product on wayfair for over 1,000$
it is called Dawnica 67.72'' Upholstered Sleeper Sofa
For those who wanted The dog bed, it is handmade by someone on etsy.
look up handmade-dog-bed-wellsoft-mattress. The reviews on fuzzy-purple dog bed were direct copy’s of the reviews on the Etsy website to make us believe it was a real website! Wished I would have screen shot the reviews on fuzzy.
Also got a fake sms text message claiming an order was stuck at usps, but the sender name is a Chinese email. It claims that my address was incomplete, but my order confirmation has it all.
I also looked up flexun fulfilling llc. It is a registered llc here in Minnesota. They were put down as the business owner on their contact page. They also pop up when you google fuzzy-purple . Com
Scammers. Bought a large dog bed for £38.99 and have received nothing . Tracking info stated the bed had been delivered to Plymouth (I’m in Scotland) and had been signed for in a similar name to mine. No response after being contacted. Not a happy customer 🤬
Do not buy from this SCAMMING SITE.. advertise fake items. will take your money and send you nothing.. Send you a fake tracking number also...
I saw an ad on Instagram for this Fuzzy Dog Bed and decided to place my order. The customer service team was extremely professional and I received my bed in 9 days. I love this dog bed as much as my fur babies and it was worth every penny!!
Scam site - looks legitimate in terms of website but also the tracking information provided by them. However, I had a notification to say my parcel had been delivered by FedEx and I had not received anything. I contacted FedEx and it turns out that the tracking number was incorrect and was for someone else with a completely separate order / address - I then looked up Fuzzy Purple and saw all these reviews. Lesson Learnt...
This is a scam site, they produce great fake tracking, but no produce ever delivered.they do not respond to emails and there is no phone number provided to contact them. DO NOT buy from this site.
