Very quick delivery excellent service.

I keep using FW3 because they consistently provide excellent customer service, good products at competitive prices. On this occasion, their 'Super Strength Black Spot Remover' arrived within 24 hours in robust packaging. The instructions said apply, then leave for at least 3 hours or overnight. It outperformed and after only 1 hour was clear and so I was able to jet-wash immediately. The only marks remaining are in the actual Indian Sandstone.

Always receive my packages in a great condition and on time, highly recommend to others.

These products have been fantastic and reasonably priced. I have previously used an expense vet approved household spray but the last 3 years everything has stopped working as though the fleas have become immune and I have been tearing my hair out trying to get control of the flea problem. I used these products a couple of months ago and there has been no sign of anything since and my dogs are itching free too with nothing in the house. I highly recommend these products

Needed advice and cleaning products including hand dryers for my company. Fw3 explained everything in detail and were not pushy in selling at all. Ended up with some superb quality products and a set of hand dryers on contract. Excellent. Recommended.

The insect catcher sticky traps are easy to use. I place them next to skirting boards in hallway and lounge to catch spiders - which they do. Easy to dispose off too. I buy them in sheets of 3 and the package goes easily through my letterbox. Next day delivery too!

I am totally amazed at how professional this company is. First time customer. Easy to set up account. Purchased my first item yesterday morning. Immediately confirmed my order. Emailed me in the afternoon to say my parcel would be delivered tomorrow. This morning I received an email from the courier company to say my parcel would arrive between 11.30 and 14.30. And they left me tracking instructions. At 10.45 a smiling courier presented me with my package. I checked the items and was very pleased with my purchase. I have no hesitation to continue buying from this company if this is typical of their customer service.

Reliable company, bought from them several times, found that ordering directly is a more cost effective way to buy these. Always sufficiently happy with the products they send and delivery is always quick.
