I have been using their products nearly a year. Was traveling this year summer. During transit there two products leak. Eye brow serum and face ghee and saffron mask. Send several email to staff never helpful. Even write a review which was deleted by admin. Customer who used their products can agree with me their packaging is poor. I also used their anti wrinkle set which didn’t make any difference to my skin.

I have been fw beauty customer for sometime now but i am really disappointed with their products recently. There products have been going off so quickly, they are exactly not that cheap and spending so much on these products you would expect them to last. But within 2 weeks they go off. When i contact them they ask how i stored them, i responded on my dressing table however they stated they should be in a cupboard. They encourage people to buy products in bulk in their sales but whats the point when they go off so quickly hence wasting your money like i did. Here is break down of what i experienced with their products just to help people so they dont waste money like me. Spf is a big no no, goes off like within weeks, starts smelling so so bad and causing irritation. Saffron face cream also goes of after couple of weeks although its in a jar. Bakuchiol oil also goes of so so quickly and u can only use little at a time so its a shame. Rice cleanser is fine. Vit c and saffron brightening oil is fine too.

Loved the saffron brightening serum so much that I’ve now ordered my third bottle. I’ve noticed a visible difference in the texture, radiance and overall brightness of my skin. My only concern is the packaging. At first, I thought maybe I had a faulty bottle but I had the same issues with my second and third bottles. The pump dispenser is so awful that it gets stuck and then squirts product everywhere. It will leave golden dots all of my clothing, sink cabinets and tiles, that’s how powerful the burst is. It puts me off even buying another bottle as the clean up is such an issue. Really hoping this is looked at and worked on.

I recently purchased the oils and serums as they were on an Eid offer and I am a regular user of FW Beauty products since they ever started. They have changed some products especially the black gold oil that me and my sons have always used and also the packaging which I am annoyed with as it’s a pump one of the oils will not allow the product to pump out it seems like it’s damaged. Please can you not change this back to its original design? I have contacted your customer feedback team via WhatsApp and I am still waiting to hear back from someone about the damaged pump on the black radiant seed oil bottle. Thank you

This company should have a money back guarantee I have absolutely wasted my money on the Skin Brightening Body Bar- Kojic Acid & Nila Powder which i have been using for 4 months now and have seen no improvement what so ever!! So annoyed. Waste of money do not bother
