I find the advertising misleading. FXBO claim to be providing services for 15 years, placing them as the first provider globally. Yet the company was established in 2015, which means the company is only 10 years old and probably providing services for less, given it takes time to build software. This is intentionally misleading to gain client trust and doesn't demonstrate reliability.

Reliable Platform with good engine and infrastructure.
Been working with them over last 3 years and based my experience definitely top 5 CRM provider.
My only suggestion would be to have better design specially on client cabin side.
Overall - if you are looking for a reliable CRM provider then highly recommended.

We have been a client of FX Back Office since 2020.
Before moving to them, we used other platforms to run the back office for our Derivatives trading business. We could therefore compare the systems we were using, with what FX Back Office provide.
Once you start using their product, you realize the glaring shortcomings of many other systems.
The Support they provide through their ticket system and their Chat Facility is of the highest standard.
We could not imagine running our business without their product.
