Account number 56437 Client ID 617692 On 03/03/2025 I bought gold with a lot size of 0 01 and when the price increased I entered another trade with the same lot size in the same direction I did not engage in any hedging practices or exploit any bonus or incentive schemes I kindly request a review of the canceled profits and a detailed explanation of the specific violation When I asked support for details about the violation they referred me to the clause that allows them to suspend my account if they suspect my trading activity I request clarification on what mistake I made as my profits were removed and my account was banned or provide evidence proving these accusations I have only made profits in my account in a legitimate way and have not violated any of the company’s rules or terms However support informed me that this is the company’s final decision and they have taken all my profits and banned my account
