Avoid this company! They are the Hotel California for your Crypto. You can always check your crypto in (to invest it), but never check it out. It is a great and very slick trading platform and their investment results were spectacular. But when it comes time to provide you your funds, they send restricted (specially bridged) crypto that you are not able to use or convert anywhere else. When you point out the problem, they put more senior people on it, who convince you to send more funds to them, which they immediately convert into this unusable crypto. You can't even get $50 converted out of hundreds of thousands of the fake untradeable crypto they send to you. In other reviews - they say they can't check in detail because it is an anonymous post. To FxNeo Capital management - look up account 13171449. You know how to reach me. And I am not going to take the advice from your expert or the fake Crypto.com email address they sent me to, and transfer another $45,000 to "unlock" it. Very disappointed.
- Updated - customer service won't help either. They just send you back to the advisors that weren't getting anything done. And these advisors send you copies of fake emails from Crypto.com with made-up Crypto.com email addresses telling you to do whatever the advisor says to do (such as sending the additional $45,000). Crazy. To FxNeo - please sort this out and fix the problem (if you are in fact legitimate)!
Further update Apr 8. Crypto.com independently confirmed that the email the advisor forwarded to me and said was from Crypto.com was definitely a fake. Because it was only provided as a forwarded email from the advisor, it means the advisor must have edited the address in the text of the forwarded email and probably drafted the fake email himself. Be extremely cautious working with these people. And FxNeo management - do something constructive about this and not just send me illiquid email and requests to send $45,000 more.

You make a deposit, they show you you made lots of money then they refuse to give you the rofit, hound you with pushy sales tactics so you would deposit more. Now I’m trying to get out, still waiting for my money or any sort of correspondence from them.

Unfortunately, FXneocapital has neither Canadian investment and security licensing nor a Canadian exemption permitting them to carry on business here.

Since FXneocapital is not legally licensed in Canada, of course I turned away this solicitation from an illegal investment broker.
